We had a good foot of snow the last week, but by tonight it will all be gone, temps in the high-forties for the next few days. Still anticipating a white Christmas, however.

Crazy how the time flies, seems it was just yesterday I poked my head in here in early-October, and here we are three weeks from Christmas Eve already.

Hold on!

Here's a cuppa tea for our dear Crown for running a great Countdown. Thanks for all you do!!!

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

And welcome back, gabulldawg!

I worked all day Saturday at Bernie's while Nancy, the kids and her sister worked on decorating the train depot in town. Our electrician hung the pole christmas lights and the banners. Bellville is Christmassy! I just wish I could've helped. Oh well.

We went into Savannah last night to see the new Festival of Lights, a drive through display. They had some good stuff, but not nearly enough. They said they'll have more next year. At the end of the drive, they had a petting zoo (which was obviously being supervised by Carl, who was in attendance), and a bonfire with hot chocolate and s'mores. Not bad!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be a warm day here with a high near 70 degree's. Is it okay to wear shorts in December? It looks like a cold front comes through tomorrow though and we get back to seasonal temps. I have a lot to do today. I have some cleaning to do this morning and then I have to ride with my sister to the north side of Indianapolis. My youngest niece has been having some stomach issues so her doctor ordered a round of allergy tests. It came back with egg and milk allergies. So today she goes to the allergist. I also want to get my Christmas cards done so I can get them in the mail. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone missed it, Michael Buble's Christmas Special will be on next Monday. He will sing a duet with Bing Crosby! How cool!!!

Good morning, everybody! :-)

MerryCarey, Beautiful decorations, tree and afghan! That's a lot of hard work you put into that afghan. Amazing! Be sure to let Simon's Cat snuggle in it before you sale it. It will add value to it!

Thank you! I tried to do that, but he won't leave the tree ... I'll have to shut him in another room when I'm ready to decorate it!

Seems like that would make the trip worthwhile. Delicious! Oh, and that crazy Carl... He gets around!

Good morning everyone!

Three weeks from Christmas Eve. We're pretty much at the halfway point of the beginning of the Season and Christmas Day. It has been a wonderful experience thus far. I still need to take in a lot more Christmas, however.

Kim and I attended her work Christmas party this past weekend. It was a good time. She really enjoyed herself. Yesterday was spent lounging around and watching football. Thankfully, the Packers managed to come through once again. They keep pulling out these close victories... Hopefully they will start to improve as the weather gets colder at Lambeau Field. Speaking of which, my dad and brother will be there next Sunday night for their match-up against the Detroit Lions. I'm jealous, but I will have my turn when I head home and we drive down for the Packers vs. Titans game on the 23rd.

A little bust at work today. I have a big task for the week. I don't like having to "clear" but I guess it's my week to do so. Hopefully the week goes by fast... and then it can slow down, once again! I have a doctor's appointment at lunch for my knee. We'll see what he says. It's still improving (slowly) and I have been pretty smart with it.

Have a wonderful Monday everyone! The Christmas Season is flying by. Keep enjoying it! Merry Christmas!

Yay!! Kate and William (Duke and Duchess of Cambridge) are expecting a baby!! She's less than 12 weeks pregnant but seeming the morning sickness is so bad she's been admitted to hospital which is why they had to break the news early

He said something about Binger drinking up all his special Savannah Blend coffee before he could come down for the visit. Binger!!

Good morning!!! Hope you are all well and enjoying the feeling of Christmas. It is a beautiful day here, almost 60 degrees!!!

I had a message from Snowflake22 I was so happy to hear from her!!! She says hello and misses all of us!!!

On Saturday we went to a town next to ours Port Jefferson, NY they were having their Dickens Festival, we had so much fun.

Well, I know this is a short one but lots to do - making out my Christmas Cards!!!

I especially liked the beginning and the howl at the end!

Stay tuned tomorrow for some rare Christmas songs on the thread Christmas Song A Day, All Year. I have found songs made by a "Super Group" and covered by a mega hit super group later on.

It is not a great song but more fun to hear.

Good night all!
