It sounds like Santa needs to bring you one of the new Crockpots with an LED display so you know if it's plugged in or not.

watched some really good Christmas movies today. "A Dog Named Christmas" & now i'm watching "Finding Mrs. Claus". i DO NOT like the 1's w/ sad endings & will skip them every time. the other day i watched the 1 w/ Joey Lawrence in it. unfortunately i fell asleep before the end. the movie was good, i was just way to tired. i watched "Naughty or Nice", it was good too.

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be a warm day here with a high near 70 degree's. Is it okay to wear shorts in December? It looks like a cold front comes through tomorrow though and we get back to seasonal temps. I have a lot to do today. I have some cleaning to do this morning and then I have to ride with my sister to the north side of Indianapolis. My youngest niece has been having some stomach issues so her doctor ordered a round of allergy tests. It came back with egg and milk allergies. So today she goes to the allergist. I also want to get my Christmas cards done so I can get them in the mail. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Your poor niece ~ I will be praying for her!

Good morning everyone!

Three weeks from Christmas Eve. We're pretty much at the halfway point of the beginning of the Season and Christmas Day. It has been a wonderful experience thus far. I still need to take in a lot more Christmas, however.

Kim and I attended her work Christmas party this past weekend. It was a good time. She really enjoyed herself. Yesterday was spent lounging around and watching football. Thankfully, the Packers managed to come through once again. They keep pulling out these close victories... Hopefully they will start to improve as the weather gets colder at Lambeau Field. Speaking of which, my dad and brother will be there next Sunday night for their match-up against the Detroit Lions. I'm jealous, but I will have my turn when I head home and we drive down for the Packers vs. Titans game on the 23rd.

A little bust at work today. I have a big task for the week. I don't like having to "clear" but I guess it's my week to do so. Hopefully the week goes by fast... and then it can slow down, once again! I have a doctor's appointment at lunch for my knee. We'll see what he says. It's still improving (slowly) and I have been pretty smart with it.

Yay!! Kate and William (Duke and Duchess of Cambridge) are expecting a baby!! She's less than 12 weeks pregnant but seeming the morning sickness is so bad she's been admitted to hospital which is why they had to break the news early

Last year, I told Nancy the only reason she bought his album was because her sister went on & on about how pretty he is. I can't testify as to that, but I've decided he makes a pretty good Christmas album. cheesy

Take it from me, he IS pretty, more handsome really though !!! and boy can he SING !!!! xo

Good afternoon, MMC!

I really missed you guys this past weekend!

Finally all caught up on the countdown ~ good thing as I have to give the computer back to its owner. Mine will be fixed late this week or early next. I was going to do it tomorrow, but I have to pick up some furniture we are going to put in the store later this month. The only place to store it is in the house so I spent today, my day off, moving things around and putting books in storage upstairs. Wednesday I am going to the store and a trip to a home improvement store is on the agenda, too. I need totes for Christmas ornaments and yarn and boxes for books.

It is too quiet in the house now ~ I miss Bo's snoring. I am having a hard time adjusting to life without him. Palmer has taken to jumping up the walls ~ she can get over five feet up now and I'm not sure how she does it, she hangs there for a few seconds. I wish I could catch her on video! Mouse is doing well ~ snoozing in the living room. She went upstairs with me and got into all sorts of things ~ she misses being able to go up there. The outdoor furkids are well, although Willa has been limping the past few days. She won't let me really get a good look at her paw, but I did not see any noticeable swelling. She is such a sweetie!

I need to give the computer back now, so I will check in here in a few days!

Got my rest, and ordered our season passes for Six Flags for next summer. We got a deal for being Pass holders from this past season and we don't even have to pay until the Spring. We had much fun last year and we couldn't pass it up for the deal they offered. Making dinner now, the boys are their wild loud selves after school, so my rest was over if I wanted it to be or not. cheesy

Morning all!! a couple of gifts I ordered online for the girls have just arrived, need to start finding some new good hiding places as my 11 year old is getting wise to my usual hiding spots ha!!!

Good morning everyone! I am off work today because I have A dr,Appt at 9 am kind of a check up from the surgery I had in late October...what fun this should be!!!!! anyhow me and brandi are planning a vacation sometime this winter in northern Wv or extreme western Md at wisp ski resort we are just kind of waiting for a snowstorm to come...it looks like it would be late December or January at this point...my mom is staying here this whole month and heck maybe next month too.but I am glad she has had a rough year losing my dad so it helpe her be around her grandkids and favorite son! HAve a great day everyone!

We had a good foot of snow the last week, but by tonight it will all be gone, temps in the high-forties for the next few days. Still anticipating a white Christmas, however.

Crazy how the time flies, seems it was just yesterday I poked my head in here in early-October, and here we are three weeks from Christmas Eve already.

I did go to work today, but I left around 1245 just couldn't handle being there any longer, I feel lousy. I have gotten nearly 19 hours of sleep the last 2 days this is just wearing on me. Day off tomorrow. Just watching A Very Brady Christmas now, I have always liked the Brady Bunch.

I heard that news too, congrats to the couple!
I was that sick too and in hospital for a week, several times. It is not fun! Hope she gets over it quicker than I did
