I am in so much pain I cracked a rib from coughing so much and so hard the past five days and nights. Today the pain in my ribs is from right below my chest/heart and wrapped around to my side and back. Ugh! Been sick since Thanksgiving.

I'm hoping this goes away quicker now, that has to be so painful.

Xmas365 and I think Christmasstar had seen the Crazy Christmas Obsession show? I was actually going to get back on here to see where you saw it at. I happened to be going through my Time Warner On Demand and found the show. I actually loved the one with the lady and all her Christmas Trees! WOW!!! I know it was overdone but it was beautiful!

What I really want to see is one who has an obsession of collecting Santa Claus! I have a slight obsession of collecting that Jolly Guy and could easily get carried away. Made, how many Santas did you say you have???

Oh dear! After asking you about that, Made, I just stopped typing to count how many Santas I have out right now and counted 59 of them (some of those are Christmas Tree ornaments). I only took 1/4 of my Christmas things out this year. My closet is still full of things that I have yet to drag out. I wonder how many more Santas I have?!?!?! I never counted them before!

Extreme Santa Obsession, that would be an awesome show. My collection is in the low twenties, but my Grandma has close to 100 that are on display all year long. cheesy

I would never have the energy to set up 162 trees. That would really burn me out. I would never want to see a tree again.

The scary thing is she starts setting them up in October, but only displays them for 3 weeks and then takes them down. I keep my 3 trees up for nearly 2 months. Also, they don't have their heat on while the trees are up because all the lights keep the temps in the house around 82*F. One word. WOW!

Me too! Luckily hubs and I have tickets to Hershey Bears (AHL) games this month and in February to keep us entertained. I am fine while football season is here but if the lockout doesn't end before the end of football season? We might be in trouble.

Hi, everyone. Not to be a debbie downer during our favorite time of the year but please keep me in your prayers. Laryingitis is going away and now I have had a very bad cough since Thurs night. I have been sick since Thanksgiving night!!! First a sore throat then ears blocked then ulcers in my throat then the fever then laryingitis and now this. At night this cough is so persistent I cannot even sleep. I had tea with honey and lemon and even whisky, honey and lemon cough drops, cough medicine, nasal decongestant, breathing steam, humidifier, the list goes on and on! I have a huge presentation on Monday and this cough/lack of sleep is gonna drain me! I woke up this morning feeling like I did 100,000 crunches because my stomach is so sore from hacking a lung.

Sorry for rambling but please pray for me with this cough or keep me in your thoughts! And don't worry on Mon my doctor told me this is viral so I should be ok. My professor used to be a nurse and told me I am getting so many things because my immune system is vulnerable from the virus.

I hope nobody else is sick. I am praying for you all and for your families every night. I have been terrible with complaining and I am sorry! Don't hate me too much

Wayne and I went to the Christkindle Market at the Ballpark in Arlington yesterday, it was nice. Afterward we went out to lunch then headed a few blocks over to Six Flags for Holiday in the Park. We rode 3 roller coasters in a row. I felt like I was in a car wreck after I got off the 3rd one with a headache and my neck hurting. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AND DO IT AGAIN!!! Yay!!! I even slightly black out on the Shock Wave (double loop coaster) and the Titan (one of the steepest drops in the world). Still, CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AND DO IT AGAIN!!! Yes, I am crazy! I have been riding the Shock Wave since I was 12 years old and it's still just as much fun. I'm glad my grandchildren like riding roller coasters too. We have a lot of fun!


After we left Six Flags we headed to Starbucks for Fraps. It was so warm out that we were not drinking hot coffee but the frozen stuff. We went to a few stores on the way home, came home and had dinner then watched It's a Wonderful Life together. Wayne and I have been having so much fun and have a lot planned for the month. Busy times!

December 1st and we slept with the air conditioner on all night! I can't wait for it to get cold!!!

Today is church and work. I hope you all have lots of Merry Things to do today. Have fun and live life to its fullest!!!

I would give anything to ride a roller coaster right now! Hubs, some friends and I went to Hersheypark this weekend, but none of the coasters were open (wayyyy too cold for them to be running!). I completely would've ridden one anyway, I am coaster obsessed (as is hubs)!!!!!

Good afternoon Christmas family !!!

Yesterday was just a wonderful, wonderful day and evening. My sis and I went shopping, acted crazy (was it an act ??) and just really had a great time. After shopping we went back to her house, then my brother-in-law Wes took us all to dinner. I made SURE to tell the waiter it was my sister's birthday and at the end of the meal he brought her a free dessert !!!

Later after we got the tree all decorated my sister and I settled down and watched A Christmas Carol with Alastair Sim..

It is always so wonderful to have this tradition xo

It is also nice to be back home with my furkids and husband....Hermione was so glad to see me this morning (I have never been away all night) that she sounded like she was screaming when she saw me !!!

Horrible day today. I put all the ingredients into the crockpot. I was ready to add the barley when I notice a crawly thingy. So, off I go to Wal-Mart. I checked the aisles (twice) and could not find barley. I went to the service desk and THREE people cut in front of me!!! So, I then went to a cashier who could not help me. She called over another cashier. Those two and one other person did not even know what barley was!!! One of them finally took me to someone who told me the barley was on the same aisle as the rice. I told her that I must be blind. She took me over there and at first she could not find it. She then looked on the top shelf and found a BOX of barley. I said, "When did barley start coming in a box?" I got it home and went to put it in the crockpot. It looked like OATMEAL!!! I was furious. Then I went down to another mom and pop place and found the bag of barley that I normally get. When I get home, I measured out what I needed and proceeded to stir it into the beef soup mixture in the crockpot. Lo and behold!!! I had turned on the crockpot, BUT I forgot to plug it in; so it had NOT COOKED for three hours!!! I am so mad at myself and Wal-Mart. The only good thing that came out of this was I found M&Ms orange flavored!!! Now I have a BAD headache. I am sure dinner will not be ready on time!

Oh my goodness that sounds awful! I haven't had that bad of an experience at Walmart (the worst I had was just an associate tell me they didn't have anything, then 15 minutes later I found TONS of them! Ugh), but the crockpot thing I could TOTALLY see happening to me! I'm glad it all ended up turning out well though! =)

Good morning everyone! I am off work today because I have A dr,Appt at 9 am kind of a check up from the surgery I had in late October...what fun this should be!!!!! anyhow me and brandi are planning a vacation sometime this winter in northern Wv or extreme western Md at wisp ski resort we are just kind of waiting for a snowstorm to come...it looks like it would be late December or January at this point...my mom is staying here this whole month and heck maybe next month too.but I am glad she has had a rough year losing my dad so it helpe her be around her grandkids and favorite son! HAve a great day everyone!

Yay!! Kate and William (Duke and Duchess of Cambridge) are expecting a baby!! She's less than 12 weeks pregnant but seeming the morning sickness is so bad she's been admitted to hospital which is why they had to break the news early

I was SO THRILLED about this yesterday! I kinda went berserk on my facebook and since I'm only 1 of about...I dunno...3 friends that even cares about the royal family, people thought I was nuts. Oh well...I am so happy for them!

Hip, Hip Hooray, for Christamas Vacation!!!!!!

Hubs and I watched that yesterday during commercials of the Giants/'skins game. As much as I love that movie, I can't stand to watch it on tv because they cut out the best lines! Fortunately we have it on blu ray so we can watch it uncut whenever (which just might be tonight!).

2nd showing of Christmas Vacation on ABC Family= laughing, reciting lines, and eating stuff I shouldn't be eating at 9:40 pm....or 9:40 am for that matter....but boy are we having fun.

You guys know me...I try to keep things light and upbeat. But I'm having a personal struggle....just some issues that I'm trying to work through....

I don't know who you talk to when you go to bed at night, but if you could, say one for ol' Ballcoach. Things could be a lot worse. I still have my health, a great marriage, a great family, but there are just some struggles that are really eating at me....your prayers would be appreciated.

Four more days for this school week....and games every single one of them (and Saturday)! Won't be around at nights, but I will see you in the mornings...off to bed....see y'all!

I can't stop quoting Christmas Vacation when it's on...it bugs the crap out of people but I just can't help it! In fact, last night I was texting quotes back and forth with my "brother" (one of hubs' groomsmen)...it was constant for about 45 minutes!

Hey everyone! How are you all? All is well here. I am sitting down now with kids to watch Mickey's Christmas Carol. It's one of my favorites.

I sent out my Christmas cards today. I've received so far - thanks to everyone who has sent to me! I really am enjoying getting them!

I hope you're all enjoying the season! I am sad I haven't been able to keep up with the Countdown, but I've been busy and peeking in.

I went to Walmart's website to search for a toy for my 3 year old great nephew for Christmas. I narrow the search down to the preschool/toddler section, I see toys and selection of 2000 piece jigsaw puzzles!
