You guys know me...I try to keep things light and upbeat. But I'm having a personal struggle....just some issues that I'm trying to work through....

I don't know who you talk to when you go to bed at night, but if you could, say one for ol' Ballcoach. Things could be a lot worse. I still have my health, a great marriage, a great family, but there are just some struggles that are really eating at me....your prayers would be appreciated.

Four more days for this school week....and games every single one of them (and Saturday)! Won't be around at nights, but I will see you in the mornings...off to bed....see y'all!

The allergist said the youngest one is more intolerant of milk and eggs. So she can still have 3 servings of them a day. She also has allergies to just about everything outside which doesn't surprise me since I do too.

The oldest one has been in quite a bit of pain recently. They just did an MRI of her knees and said they don't see any signs of active arthritis but they want an expert to read it. They are supposed to get the results from him on Thursday. She hasn't really been complaining about her knees though. It's been more of her hands and back recently but her doctor was out and the doctor that ordered the MRI would only do it of her knees.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I had a council meeting scheduled last night, but only one of the councilmen (my sister-in-law) showed up. Even the clerk texted me to say she forgot about it, and was shopping in Savannah. Grrrr.

Nancy and I are planning to go shopping on Thursday. Hopefully, the crowds won't be as bad during the middle of a regular workday. Our son is easy for me to buy for: anything for a guitar, Xbox games, a new .22 rifle, some hunting boots...easy. Our daughter is more difficult. She wants to be registered with the Statesboro Youth Ballet since her experience with the Nutcracker. Kinda pricey, but that's all she wants. I'll admit, she has me wrapped around her little finger. I'm gonna need a third job.

We just HAVE to pop in then! We will try, but I can't promise. We plan to have a Saturday outing for the next 2 weekends with the grandchildren which might involve going to see Christmas lights. If we get in before 9 pm we will take a listen. I wish we could hear it in the car!!!

i have a couple of packages coming today so i'll have to be especially careful when i let the dogs out to go potty. my Daisy runs straight to any vehicle coming up the drive, most know to stop & let her in because she just wants to ride up the driveway w/ them but the delivery trucks certainly don't do that. i always go out w/ her anyway, she's so small & will get into anything. Maggie will stop when you tell her to but Mickey & Diva don't listen @ all & will run off or chase the drivers up the driveway.

Good morning MMC! Once again I have catching up to do! I hope you are all doing well & enjoying this December day!! (though it feels like May in Ohio!!! Cold front moving in tomorrow though I'm told....)

It suddenly became a busy week for me. We have decided to have our annual girls night house hopping THIS Thursday & our house will be one of the houses we are stopping at. So it's crucnh time with cooking & cleaning! I cleaned the basement & the bar area last night, so that's the main thing. Will do some "cooking" (just snacks) tonight & tomorrow night, along with more cleaning. My sis texted me this morning & wants to go out tomorrow night to a Mexican restaurant for my other sisters birthday. I can't hardly pass that up! :grin: Another busy week in the build up to CHRISTMAS!!!!
