It will soon be time for Mass. I love the services during Advent. Tonight, we light the third candle. Our church is so beautifully decorated and lends to the peacefulness of this Season, even in light of things that are not. TTYL
Good evening, Christmas family
Just finishing up The Polar Express on ABC Family. I don't know if I will watch Christmas In Connecticut which I DVR'd today or something else. I am getting pretty sleepy. As usual, all my furkids except the two daredevil felines are already asleep and snoring.
Great news !!! I am beginning to have TOES again !!! The swelling and pain are going from my toes, not all the way gone yet but going and the swelling and pain in my right thumb is 99% gone. Now if I can just keep tolerating the medication as it builds in my system.....Much fewer side effects than Methotrex**te.....Fingers crossed everybody ?? xoo
A Christmas Carol is going to be on this weekend, I think a couple of different versions of it. I know for sure the George C. Scott one is going to be on and I think TCM is showing the Alastair Sim version, not 100% on that one but I think so.
Have a wonderful, magical, Christmassy evening, dear Christmas family !!!! xoxo

leaving in a bit to take LittleCS out for breakfast because today is her birthday.
Then I am off to work until 5.
Hope you all have a great day!!
Good morning all my friends!
Not feeling very well today. Hopefully its just a bug that will go away. Eating some chicken noodle soup right now. On my way to work I will pick up some meds to get me through the work day. Other then that everything is good here. Saw another Christmas movie that I haven't seen before called Chasing Christmas. Very good! I can't believe its almost here? Wasn't it just September? As soon as September hits, the time flys by. Busy busy weekends all through the end of the year. This weekend resting. Weekend after, Dads for Christmas. Weekend after that, Moms for Christmas. Whew! Don't forget the family drama! Wouldn't be Christmas without it! hah! We had our Christmas dinner last night at work. It was good. Stuffing, turkey, potatoes, gravy and more! I was stuffed after dinner! There was door prizes and I won a 50 dollar walmart card. Helps out at this time of year. Well. Back to resting and soup! Take it easy and Merry Christmas!!!!!!!
Good evening,
I just got caught up, long, extremely busy day at work, then came home to celebrate my wife's birthday with my in-laws. I am completely exhausted.
Good night everyone.
Good evening, Christmas friends!
What are you guys up to?
I am just sitting down to relax and watching a show on TLC called My Crazy Obsession; Christmas Collection. It's fascinating! The lady on there now has about 175 Christmas trees in her house! Of course they come in all sizes.. I'll have to tell Adrian, because he thinks it's nuts that we have two To put together, and a five smaller ones that are Pretty much ready to go
Anyways, just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking @ all of you at this wondrous time of the year! Much love!

We watched that show, I am glad I am not that obsessed. We have three trees. I loved the couple who had to buy a new house for their snowman/nutcracker collection.

I agree! It's insane that the lady with all those Christmas trees turns their heat off because the heat from all of the bulbs keeps her house at 82°!!
I find it difficult to put up and decorate our two trees, the other smaller ones we have are just tabletop ones to make Other rooms in the house festive
I don't know about you, but it takes us a full two days to decorate for Christmas sometimes longer especially with my Christmas village. And I thought we were fanatics, Xmas!!
I'm with you on that... We have two trees up, one is done and the other is getting decorated tomorrow morning. It does take alot of time to get all the stuff done, especially with all of the other decorations that one has to put up/ chooses to put up...But, it's fun all the same! I have a question, why does it always seem that the time just flys this time of year? Wow, it just hit me today just how little time is left before Christmas... Please.. I hope and pray that it slows down just a bit so that we can all spend more time with our loved ones and to also do all our favorite things together~
Good evening, MMC!
I hope all is well with everyone! Not much new here. My computer is fine, just can't seem to find a modem that will work with it or in it. The search continues next week.
Have a MERRY evening.
Off to listen to the Greasy Skillet!
I don't really like to toot my own horn very often here. (Thanks for helping in that respect, Made!) However, I want to thank the MMCers (you know who you are) that listen to "Greasy Skillet"!
Your listening and encouragement as well as coming into the FB chat really mean a lot! Heck, without y'all I only know of perhaps three others that tune in on a regular basis! Competing with TV, Sports, and the internet, plus other (better) radio shows is tough and I truly appreciate all who lend me an ear for two hours a week!
One down, one to go (December 22, 2012 at 7:00 PM, EST)!
That said, I don't think anyone tunes into the 'Mistletoe Mix' on MCR2. I've had a contest running for over a month in association with the current show running there and not even one response!
