Good early morning everyone!! I just had to get up with snowball..I think his bladder infection has come back...I have called the vet and he is going to see him first thing in the morning..Vet said he may need surgery..please keep him in your prayers..I don't know what I would ever do without my ball!!!

Hey Shellie! Yep he has always always been good about doing his business outside but all of a sudden he is going inside and it has blood in it...so the dr put him on 2 rounds of antibiotics and it's still has not cleared up..he said bladder surgery would be next to remove the "stones"...we have to bring in another urine sample in the morning and have it looked at..wish us luck!!

Good Morning, First Weekend Eve Friends.

Indeed.
We have cycled back again to the final day of the work week and stand on the threshhold of the first weekend of 2013.

What else do we stand on the threshhold of?
Well:
Days to the Season: 313
Days to Christmas Day: 355
Perhaps not the threshhold of our first Milestone, but really pretty close.
In fact, under 2 weeks away now from the 300-day Season Window!

Yuck! Another cold, cloudy and damp day here yesterday.
But today is predicted to be different, at least where the sun is concerned. The clouds are supposed to part and we should actually see old sol by this afternoon.
We are at a cold 30 degrees here, currently.

It feels like it's about ten degree's over here. Bitterly cold in our area. Thankfully it is friday! I expect we will finish taking the rest of our decorations down this weekend. I think i'm ready to get the house back to normal at this point.

Last night after I got home from work, I knew the gals in the family were planning on going out shopping, so my son and I went out to dinner. Nothing special, we down to the local VFW post that I am a life member at (you can get a complete dinner; say a half a chicken with 2 sides for 6.95; what a bargain) and we just sat and talked for awhile.

When we got home, I got out of the truck and stopped and looked around the neighborhood and my home was the only house (for as far as I could see), that still had their Christmas lights on. I shook my head and went into the house with a sad feeling and a thought to myself, that I was a shame that so many people cannot wait untill they can take their lights down.

I sometimes feel that the true meaning of Christmas has long been forgotten, repalced with just the necessity of buying and receiving gifts, and in some cases, thinking of only themselves.... I do realize that time is marching on into the month of January, and it does cost additional money to leave the lights on longer (I truely understand and expect a utility bill of 600.00 in the mail). But I myself, want to hold onto Christmas for as long as I can and if I can express my love for something in such a manner, then I ask this; "Is it worth it?" To me, it is.....

I just got my phone call for a final interview for the job on Tuesday.

Ok everyone, the dirty word of today is WORK!!!!

We get in this morning and first thing, there is an email telling us to be in the large conference room at 9:00 am. We get there and it starts with,
Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all our employees! Then we receive a blah, blah, blah, etc..., for an hour and a half on how bad the economy is, tough times ahead, they forsee at least another 2-3 years of bad times because of the current administration and their policies and bad decisions for business, etc.... Also, we will all see a change in our paychecks with additional taxes coming out. We have to all tighten our belts, be more productive, give back more to the company! Oh, the company did buy a new Keurig coffee machine, but you need to buy your own coffee to use in it; HUH???

So, I'll put in a another way; from what I heard thru my ears:

Times are tough,
And things are hard,
so here's your (a PG rated blank space here) Christmas card!

(Sorry for that, but that just really sets me off the deep end knowing full well that the management got their bonuses and raises and we get a new coffee machine that we have to buy our own coffee inorder to use it!)

Yup, just a lovely way to start a New year! No raises again, No nothing! The prices of everything has gone up and still going up and our salaries remain flat. I guess I should be happy that they haven't started cutting people loose, yet!!! I guess that will be in a matter of time!

Ugggh, I'm mad and it's not even lunch yet. I should be quiet, or they might take that away next!!!!

I feel your pain. We've already received the talk about increased taxes and health insurance cost increases.

We were called into the conference room yesterday afternoon, too. This was to announce that my boss was being promoted...but they're not sure if they plan to fill his position. So much for upward mobility, eh? Now it's just more work, with more taxes and health insurance costs. :-o

Xmas, I noticed one home, which does a huge display was all down last night, and another home that does this tree and lamppost was also gone, I felt a little sad by it, I have mine up still but I will be starting to put some things away, Sunday is the Epiphany so the following weekend for me I will start to put things away. I too feel as you to me it is worth it keeping them up if for just a few extra days to keep my heart warm.

I hpoe all are doing fine....Im resting here most of the time....still did some small, small work in the house...two loads of laundry....folding and putting laundry away....making an instant soup for Kandice (oh boy...that was so hard to do...lol)...Kandice can play a little bit now and then later on we leave forher dance practise

It's happened to me in the past, too. Sometimes our IPs get on the block list at MMC. Jeff had to help me get unblocked. I suggest you send him a message. Hope it works!

Brad is right. It sounds like your IP has been blocked.

Go to this website to get your IP address-

www.whatismyipaddress.com

Then Email it to Jeff at-

Jeff@merrynetwork.com

And he can unblock you if that's what's going on.
