Wow! Congrats go to you!! I have noticed since I turned 30 it much much harder to loose weight! alos genetics is not on my side so I have to work harder..That is great that you were able to do so good especially during the holidays!!

I got a message from him that both of his parents have been in the hospital. They are both home now but his mom is not doing so well. Keep them in prayer!

Made, I thought they had a chance to win today, but I didn't think they could win it all. Still a year or so away...but they will be back. I still wonder...why let Manning go? Why not play him...let Luck take his lumps in practice...and get better...like the Packers did Rodgers? I mean I guess it worked out....what do you think?

I agree. They never would have made it all of the way but I really wanted to see them play Denver next week. I guess we will have to wait until next year.

I would have done what ever it took to keep Peyton for at least a couple of more years. Luck is good but he could have learned a lot from Manning.

Excited about this starting our own town idea. Great mascot and street names. I can open up a cake decorating shop!

How about planting only pine and spruce trees, every type available so that they can all be decorated and everyone different. Houses have to look like they are made of gingerbread.

I love all these ideas on our town. Is anyone taking note of all this??? =)

Yesterday at the grocery store brandi bought 5 boxes of sour candy canes just cause they were on clearance.. We don't even eat candy!!! I am going to need all the help I can get to do good on this diet. My hardest thing is eating out of boredom or stress! and late at night when I can't sleep..And don't even get me started on Edy's Fruit Bars...I can eat boxes of those things!! and they have 100 calories per bar.lol

Okay, I think I've caught up. Now I'm headed back to my corner to cry a little while longer. (or at least until Christmasstar brings me a piece of that carrot cake. I mean it has carrots in it, so it has to be good for you. Right?)

In just a little over 3 hours and 45 minutes Christmas music will be gone until November on Music Choice. I remember the night it started...I was so excited I could not sleep. It just seems SO far away..........

I am going to miss it, I have listened to hours of it. At least we have MCR.

Gosh I know what you mean. I have Dishnetwork and ours ended on Jan2 nd.. I miss having Music choice when I had cable because they even played Halloween music in October!!! I have not found any other station on xm that does that..But I know how you feel,I stayed awake all night the night hallmark stopped..talk about anti climatic when Moonlight and Mistltoe ended and it went straight to I love Lucy!!!:-?

Just relaxing now, been watching movies, it seems strange that they are not of the Christmas variety. I am getting very anxious about my final interview on Tuesday, if I get it, this is a huge decision and I don't want to screw it up.

Good Evening Christmas family

I was so tired last evening I could not stay awake to even post. In fact, I was so tired I didn't even e-mail my sister - now you know I was dead.

I kept looking at the little Christmas tree in my room today when I was working and decided to store it for a while. I remembered I still have the small tree we bought for my mother when she was in the nursing home. It has regular lights which I love far better than LED. I got it out and fluffed it up and it is so pretty, plus it makes me feel my mother is in the room with me !!

You are all going to think I have lost my mind with this one. Friday night late my little kitty, Lily, was running around the tree as though she was chasing something and then stopped all of a sudden. Then she tried to get into the tree. I knew there HAD to be something in there. I went back to sleep and she stayed staring the tree down. Then yesterday my other kitty, Smokey, would NOT leave the tree alone. Finally yesterday afternoon, the tiniest little mouse I have ever seen scurried out of the branches and tried to make a run for it. Smokey was on hime like white on snow, however, even though Smokey was just following nature's instinct, he was not counting on me doing my instinct. I MADE him give up the little baby mouse and I gently got it into some paper towels and as yesterday it was not that cold here I put it outside. So I save it's life. I cannot stand something innocent losing its life. My consciencCate would not have rested if I had not tried. The little mouse scurried away quite happly, I just hope he/she could find where its family is.

Crazy right ??? Well, that's me. No killing of innocent beings on MY WATCH not matter if it a mouse or whatever. By the way, Smokey has been quite aloof with me ever since because I took his "toy" away. Oh well. Cats will be cats. xoxo

Wish had an episode where he was pretty sick today - GI "stuff" and it makes me concerned. When the BUN and creatinine are elevated it can cause all those lovely GI things. I don't know. We are supposed to get his blood checked later on this week or early next week. Cross your fingers xoxo

I have been thinking of that line from A Charlie Brown Christmas where Lucy tells Charlie..."We need a director, you need involvement....." I think that is what I need. Involvement with something that gets me out of the house. So I am going to look at one of the technical colleges nearby and see maybe about a course in writing or something. I don't know if it could really help me but I would enjoy it !

Not crazy at all! I was just telling someone at work today how I saved a mouse that one of the stray kitties was attacking a few months ago. The cute little thing was just climbing the tree and the kitty kept attacking it. I rescued it. I know cats kill mice but I don't want to see it happen!!!

You will do good in a writing course. Let us know how it goes if you decide to do it.

I went to work today and my ribs really started hurting. Then I come home and my son shows me something on the internet that was funny and I got to laughing so hard it about killed me! Dang, it hurts to laugh!!! I sure don't want to go to the doctor!!! Hopefully this will heal soon!

Right now I am listening to Sounds of the Season before it ends. I sure am enjoying it!
