That is really cool!! And very Thoughtful of him ;)

I can't imagine houses that big… I'd get lost, too!
You'd almost have to hire someone to clean them :)

He said he has a full staff taking care of the house. They even had full breakfast, snacks and drinks prepared for the movers!!! He said that doesn't happen very often on moving jobs. I thought that was nice of them to take care of them. My son in law really works hard!

Speaking of my son in law, he set up my surround sound on my TV last week! I just couldn't get it hooked up right but he got it going for us! I was so thankful he did that for us!

(Okay, off to go to sleep now!!!)

I remember the vet looking at me in a way like if I'm okay with it, that Chico will have to be on medication the rest of his life. Almost questioning do I want to go through with it. I didn't have to think about it for a sec! I told him whatever it takes, it's not a problem with me! The vet is not insensitive in anyway, whatsoever, but I think he just wanted to make certain that I am ready for this. You bet I am! Now that he is on medicine you would never know he ever had a heart problem. =)

Same here with Wish....The doc said he needs fluids every day and I was determined to learn how to give them....Now that he is getting fluids and still on his heart meds, he is doing fantastic - Eating like a little horse !!! xo

Wow !! Really ??? xo

Oh yeah. You can buy new steel bodies for 5 to 7 thousand but nothing beats orginal metal and having an orginal VIN number. That body looked in fairly decent shape in the picture besides the fact that it was missing the firewall which wouldn't be hard to replace.

You should have seen Carl's ears prick up when he heard that!

It is good night for me as well. My Christmas Classics came today: Annie Oakley in Santa Claus Wears a Gun, Burns and Allen in Christmas Show, Betty White in Date with the Angels, Liberace Christmas Show, The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet in Christmas Tree Lot, Love That Bob in Grandpa's Christmas Visit, Meet Corliss Archer in Christmas, Ray Bolger of Where's Raymond in Christmas Spirit, Date with the Angels with another couple (not the same one with Betty White), Joe Santa Claus, The Ruggles, You Asked For It, and The Paul Winchell Show. The DVDs look so cool. Can't wait to see them.

Time for jammies, TV, and then beddie bye!

I think we have that set---anyway, we have a set with most of those episodes. A Date with the Angels with Betty White is a good one! So is Burns and Allen.

No school tomorrow...Carl said in honor of our snow day, we are having yellow snow flavored tea....

and pumpkin spice lattes....

I have had a busy week of babysitting and will be for the rest of the week. My son in law is working some long hours this week. He works for a moving company and this week they are packing and moving a 4 story, 18,000 sq. ft home here in Dallas. They move big homes all the time (not quite that big!) and sometimes are well known people. This person is moving from an 18,000 sq ft home and into a 24,000 sq ft home! My son in law said he got lost in the house a few times and the moving crew are bringing walkie talkies tomorrow. That's a lot of house. Does anyone living in them make use of every room? Lol!

He moved a house for an NFL player at one time and they gave my son-in-law and daughter their bedroom furniture. It's really nice! A lot of these people just give away things to the movers. They rather get rid of it instead of moving it and buy new stuff. My son in law has surprised me with some nice things from time to time. I don't expect anything but it's nice he thinks of me!

Those are some HUGE homes!

I'm trying to pull people over to the coffee side...I can't think of a better way for Carl to help us by only having that flavored tea....

home at last! now I am going upstairs to strech out and relax.
Will read through all these posts tomorrow.

PS. tell Carl he better not mess with my tea or I will send these guys out to "talk" with him!

Good evening,

We finally watched the movie "Ted" (the vulgar talking teddy bear movie) it was funny, but I thought it would be better. Getting ready for the snow to move in, should be here around 2am. It was so dark without the tree tonight, something was missing, but at least I have my Santa's out, and the window candles still on.

Good night everyone.
