Do I have to travel to Ohio to try "California Pizza"??? Or could I just try it out here? LOL!

We have a few restaurants around here who make personal pizzas like this. Some call them "Pizza Lite" - one restaurant calls them "California Pizza" I have never tried it on a corn tortilla. I use a flour tortilla, & I put the tortilla in the oven 1st to make it a little crisp - then I put all my toppings on & back in the oven it goes - for around 10 minutes - at 375º! YUM! If you try, I hope you enjoy it!

Good afternoon everyone! I am on lunch break right now. Oh and Happy Valentines Day too! It's mine and Brandi's 3rd year together but 1st year married. We have no specific plans for tonight. I am just cooking a pork roast with mashed potato's and rolls and corn on the cobb. Brandi is out of school today and tomorrow on "winter Break" I think she goes back on Monday but does not get the kids back until Tuesday. This semester is just going by so fast. Oh and the househunt last weekend was good but my goodness I was spoiled by the low cost of living and houses in the southeast!! we are looking to rent at first maybe signing a year lease or less. but it has to be 3 bedrooms and a house no apts! or condo!! I loved Utah though it is beautiful!Anyways I better get back to work! Have a great afternoon though and enjoy your valentines day...don't eat too much chocolate!

This is set up at our local Zehrs store today. Even had a couple of guys dressed up in tuxedos. You could grab flowers and chocolates and pay for them without having to run around the store looking.

They're calling for 3 to 6 inches of snow on Saturday ... NO, it's too soon! Too soon! And the possibility of another snowstorm toward the end of next week. Somebody tell the Snow Miser to spread some around to the folks who've been wanting it! We've had our quota for a while.

Going to try a new hair salon closer to home tonight. Wish me luck.

Must be making up for last years lack of winter.

That was from the last girl's night out we had in downtown Vegas, Fremont St. Area. 3 girlfriends of mine & I got a room @ Golden Nugget, had a nice dinner, drinks, walked around & listened to some live music, went bowling, and dancing!! A Long, but really fun night!! It was a last hurrah of sorts =]

It's been one of those days. My cousin works with my mom and called me about noon saying that he was bringing her home. Apperantly she had been having problems writing and she said that her whole right said was numb. So when he got her here I took her to the er. The doctor said that she was really weak on the right side and wanted to make sure she didn't have a stroke. So they did a CT scan and it came back okay. She was never slurring her speech or anything so I never really thought it was a stroke to begin with. So the ER doctor called and set her up an appointment with a neurologist for tomorrow morning. I never thought it was a stroke to begin with. She never slurred her speech or anything. I'm pretty sure it's Diabetic neuropathy but I guess we will see what the doctor says tomorrow.

I will keep her in my thoughts.

We had a very nice date at The Steaming Tender, Prime Rib, yum, and their signature dessert the Strawberry Shortline, which is a strawberry shortcake made on fried dough. I have been having very bad back spasms all day, I am in a lot of pain. Back to work in the AM.
