Hello everyone. Day two of our mini-vacation has come and gone. I wish I had HALF the energy my kids do! They could have kept riding those water slides, I think, after hours of doing it. But, they are in bed, and me and the Mrs. aren't far behind! Hope you all are doing good.

Made, I read about your mom and the stroke. I am praying!

Have a good evening everyone. I'm guessing I'll be climbing steps and going down slides in my dreams.

Dinner is finished: homemade cream of broccoli and cheese soup and ham sandwiches. Fresh banana cake for dessert! I am so full and tired. Jammies are on and I am ready to relax with Hubby for a little while. TTYT!

We ended up owing about $2,000 or a little more! Not fun to have to take that out of the account!

They can't close the gap....everytime they get within three feet of the car in front of them, the front car gets some type of push.....it's amazing.....

But if cars keep getting loose because a car is on their left rear qtr panel....it could get dicey....

There is a nice layer of ice on everything right now so I went out and put a heavy layer of salt down. Hopefully the radar is right and the worst of it is pass us now. Temps are supposed to start rising soon but it doesn't look like we will get above freezing until at least 5am. So it's still going to be nasty out when I have to take my mom to work at 6am. Goodnight Everyone!!!!

It was! The banana cake is so moist. I used a recipe for carrot cake but substituted bananas for carrots.
