Good Wednesday afternoon, my Christmas friends!

I found a way to "remote desktop" into my computer from a vacant computer, so I can get a few things done before I have to be out tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to another procedure, but hopefully he can figure on what the problem is, and get me going again!

I'll try to check in again tomorrow. If not, Friday for sure.

Hi everyone, just having a quick cup of coffee before I start dinner. I have to bring one of my dogs in to the vet later. She has been coughing all day, not sure whats going on. Praying its nothing serious. I will pop back in here later tonight.

hey hey hey! Just realzied that I haven't posted in this thread since yesterday morning! I passed out when I got home last night and Wifey has been keeping me in stitches quoting my favorite "SI" quotes from Duck Dynasty. She is feeling really good tonight...and that means she is full of herself!

I love that girl.....

Found out my Dad is coming home to surprise us....to celebrate founding out it's a boy....only found out when Mom was told that I was leaving town this weekend. So she called me up and gave me the scoop....I had to find someone to cover for me on the school trip, but it's all good.

Two more days until Spring Break......two more days.

home again, spent the night training the new girl, I think she will do well.
My customers are upset I am leaving, that sure makes me feel good (not that they are upset, but that I will be missed)

Taking my mom shopping tomorrow and my brother is going to change the oil in my van.

I do not feel well! I have red ulcers all over the back sides of my throat. I get them a couple of times a year and it's usually a virus that has to run its course. If they turn white then I know it's strep throat. The worst thing is there is nothing I can do to ease the pain. The last time I had them I thought gargling with salt water would help, but nooooo. They turned even brighter red and burned terribly. I didn't know that I had them this time and I ate sauce, now I'm paying the price! I have been feeling rundown for a few days but I thought it had to do with the time change. Now I know why!

I don't know how you deal with all of these problems. You have been through so much. I am glad you can talk to us about it, usually someone can help you or give advice. ((((HUGS)))))

Oh gosh...so sorry to hear this. I dealt with dizziness in 2010- absolutely miserable. It turned out to be crystals in the ear canal that required physical therapy to do away with. Once you learn the maneuver, you can do this yourself or with the help of a partner if you are nervous to be alone. Take a look:

Thanks, everyone ... the dizziness was gone yesterday, but I had a just-got-out-of-bed feeling all day, foggy and tired, that I couldn't shake off. They got a temp to cover me at work yesterday afternoon and today, so I'm going to stay home and try some more rest. If that doesn't work, I guess I'll just go back to business as usual tomorrow and try to work through it. Momnan, I wonder if the maneuver would help with these after-effects even though the whirlies are gone? Couldn't hurt, I guess.

Good morning! Just got back from walking the dogs, its chilly out there. Definitely colder than it was yesterday. I have a few chores that I need to do and then I am heading out to Target. I probably shouldn't go since I had to pay for a vet bill yesterday, but I have a list of things that we need. The problem is I always end up buying more than what is on my list.

Hello everyone. Man, my spring fever is in full force today, and it's hard to sit behind this desk. It's going to be in the mid-70s today and tomorrow! Saturday is supposed to be about 70, too!

I think I need to call in sick tomorrow, as a Friday in the mid-70s is too tempting. I'm sick of work! Does that count?

I hear its contagious, too! I don't want to get any of my coworkers sick. So, I'll take one for the team and sit tomorrow out...

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be another chilly day here with some snow showers coming through this afternoon. It doesn't look like we will get much accumulation though. The big storm is going to be Sunday night into Monday and once again the models can't agree on whats going to happen. The Euro model, which has been the most accurate this year, is showing 10 inches. Most of the other models are showing all rain. Of course that's how last weeks storm started out on the models and we got 5 inches. So I'm guessing we will get some snow. Today I have to get some more stuff done around the apartment. I have been slacking on my cleaning chores and I need to get back in gear. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

That's me, too. Too responsible to play hooky for a day. Even when I'm out sick, like today, I feel faintly guilty that they have to pay a temp, and I imagine they are there thinking "I'll bet she's not that sick!"
