Thank you! Still tired and foggy today, but I'm going back to work tomorrow. There's nothing else I can do at home to help it, and I can't stay out longer. I have the rest of today to rest, and I can go to bed early.

Have you tried any Vitamin B? That helps with the tired/fogginess.

Thanks for the tips with my throat! I tried less salt and it worked out much better. I think I was overdoing it before.

It is nice to come and get some advice when I am not feeling well. You all seem to know good tips and tricks when it comes to throat/cold problems. I am prone to them it seems, especially this winter! Everyone is always so nice and helpful :] I am looking forward to the spring/summer with some warmer weather. Everyone seems to feel better then!

Brad I just caught up with your posts.... I shocked, I'm sitting here shaking my head reading this. TTL that this was picked up before it could have been more tragic! Hey buddy, you get yourself all healed up and take good care of yourself. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, my friend. And remember these words, "you need to put the doughnut down and just walk away from the breakfast bar", lol.... keep us posted!

My grandparents would always tell me while I was growing up with them, to treat a really bad sore throat you gargle with warm salt water. To treat a mild sore throat, drink herbal tea with honey.... It always seemed to work for me throughout the years....

Yes, I've been taking a supplement for a couple weeks.
