Christmas Countdown - 2013

Good afternoon, everyone! How are you all? All is well here. It's still snowing...blah. I am really getting sick of the snow, but I guess it's to be expected. It's still March and we ALWAYS get snow here in March. We've had around 6 or 7 inches so far.

What is everyone up to today? Nothing really going on here. We took the kids for their Easter pictures earlier and ate some lunch, now DH and EA are grocery shopping and DS is napping. I figured I would get caught up with you guys.

Back to work for me tonight. I work the next 4 nights, then I will have a 3 day weekend for Easter. I am really looking forward to that. It will be nice to spend it with the family.

Good afternoon!
Here it's Easter break and we are in the hospital.
My 9 year old got a kidney rupture yesterday (after a fall)
So he have to lay in bed here for days for the kidney to heal.
Hope the ultrasound in a couple of days is fine!
(so we can go home...)

I got a lot of PM's with "Snowbattle". What's that?
I felt very popular logging in here and got 9 new messages... LOL

- And my stepson got 'his family' for next school year in USA
He is going to North Carolina! We are so exited!!!

Sorry to hear about your son, Solice. I hope he gets well soon! I will be praying for him! I have been MIA as well and hope to get back on here often and hope to see you on here a lot as well!!!

Sugar, I will take all that snow from you. We haven't seen any since Christmas Day and that was just one day of it!

Oh my goodness... 4 post!!! Send out a search crew if I don't make it back.

I've got some organizing to do around the house today, and then I need to watch a lecture.

Part of my plan today too! Not the lecture but organizing! =)

I hoping that it keeps on snowing all day and night, it will be our first of the year and most likely our last...

It will be really cold for a couple of days here but no snow! Blah!

Snow battle is a fun little game where we can toss virtual snowballs at each other. Go to the profile of the person you want to throw at, click on "snow/water battle" then click on the snowball and it get thrown at them!

I guess this is the only way I will get some snow! I got a lot of those snowballs from you all. I better start throwing them back. :

What is everyone's plans for Easter?

Easter egg hunt with the kids, eat chocolate, family dinner on Friday, eat chocolate, learn more codes, eat chocolate, finish a cake for delivery on Saturday, eat chocolate, visit friends, church on Sunday, eat chocolate and relax as I will not have to work all weekend for a change!!!

Good Afternoon everyone. Woke up to it snowing this morning... the neighborhood looked look pretty and put me more into the christmas mood. Speaking of Christmas, yesterday I was in toy section of Walmart and there was a female employee restockinng shelves in the toy section and starts singing "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" and that put a smile on my face.

Thinking hot cocoa, cookies and a christmas movie with the kids sounds like a winner this afternoon.

Good Monday afternoon everyone. This has been a perfect spring day for me. We have a few inches of snow on the ground and more coming. We will have snow cream this afternoon.

We should warm up later in the week :-(. Hope we still have some snow on the ground for Easter. It would be great to be standing in the snow for our sunrise Easter service.

Our game today was snowed out. The game scheduled for tomorrow will probably be snowed out. We have a lot of games to makeup.

Thanks for the prayers for my parents. Mom just got out of the hosital with issues from the colon cancer. She is frail but keeps going.

Happy Rudolph Day!!!

I have been getting an email from my next door neighbor every 25th of the month with a countdown to Christmas. She has been doing this for over a year and I just love it!

Thanks for the messages and emails I have been getting with concern of my absence, just been busy is all! Everything is going really well except for waking up with a sore throat this morning! Ugh!

I think about you all daily and miss coming on here. Hopefully things will slow down just a bit and I can stay caught up on here.

If I missed any big news, send me a message. I know I won't have time to read everything I missed.
