We watched an old episode of The Kopykats this evening (a variety show featuring celebrity imitators). Frank Gorshin did a song as Leslie Bricusse---then out came Ron Moody in a Scrooge costume and joined him, imitating Alastair Sim! And very well, too! He even SANG in Sim's voice, and had his mannerisms to a T! It was something to see. Quite a surprise.

It turned out to be a British evening. We stared out by watching The Two Ronnies.

Time for bed. I have to take my car to the dealership tomorrow for recall repairs, and to find out if my insurance check will cover the repairs for the rear-end damage I got on the 18th.

I'm going to try and get some sleep. My oldest has to open at her job tomorrow morning. I like to wake up with her and cook her breakfast before she leaves. I don't have to but I know she really appreciates it. Anyway, I hope everyone had a great day!

Hubby is part Italian and totally loves Italian food. His specialty is spaghetti, and he also makes great fried rice. We are looking forward to having the kitchen completed and cooking our first new-kitchen meal!

Good Morning, Beholders of the Weekend and everything good about it.

Can it really be Saturday again so soon? (Seems like we were just here barely a week ago.)

Oh, well.

More's the question, can we be this far along in our count so soon?
Days to the Season: 228
Days to Christmas Day: 270
Four weeks from today, Folks -- the 200-day Season Milestone will arrive, preceeded by the 1/3 marker to Christmas.
Zipping right along, we are!

Well, we seem to have settled down at last into a steady warm, dry period. It is predicted to last through Monday.
Nice!
We are at 41 degrees here right now.

May a Wonderous Weekend be yours along with a Sensational Saturday.
Keep the Christmas Faith, Everybody!

My husband is so excited about the kitchen. He keeps telling me he's going to learn how to cook when it's done. I don't know why he had to wait for a new kitchen to finally start cooking, lol. But I'm all for it, it will be fun to cook together.

Good morning! My oldest just left to go to work for a few hours. I'm upset that she has to work tomorrow too on Easter Sunday. But she gets off at 6:00 so I'm going to change our reservations and make them a little bit later. Thaat way she can drive straight to the restaurant after work and meet us for dinner. I guess thats kind of late for Easter dinner but it means a lot to me that we are all together. Anyway, my youngest told me that she had a sore throat when she came in late last night. It would have been nice if she came home early to rest! I am going to call the doctor when the office opens and see if I can get her in today. And then my middle one has work later this afternoon. My husband is off today so he will be working in the kitchen. And I have to go food shopping at some point today. Thats about it for me. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
