It has been a lazy afternoon here. Mostly hanging out here and watching TV.
Pocket is asleep on the desk next to me, Penny on her bed next to the couch and Abby is just sitting on the bench by the door waiting for me to hand out some snacks.
It is chilly and very windy with a bit of rain.
I still do not know what to make for supper, any suggestions?

I know it doesn't change anything, but do we know how this happened and how she passed away? Just can't stop thinking of her.

shellie12 posted this earlier. It may have been something heart-related. I've heard that women's heart attack symptoms sometimes feel like indigestion.

Was taking to a person who knew her on fb, a couple of days.she had a stomach bug Her husband woke up on Friday and found her gasping for air and called 9-1-1. They took her to the hospital and she coded and never recovered. . they went on to say that they are looking towards the heart but she will let me now. when she knows. (not sure what coded means i wrote it the way they wrote it to me, and have since found out thats more or less the heart ( we have different words for things over there)

Wish I could help here, Star...lazy here too. We are going to Mass at 6pm and grabbing a pizza at one of our favorite spots afterwards. I feel guilty...but then again not guilty enough to cook obviously!
Oh well tomorrow is another day for cooking!

I've just been hanging out, too ... saving up my energy for the office tomorrow. It's been unrelentingly busy there. Some TV and crochet are about my speed today. For lunch, we just ordered pizza delivery. Still feeling very mournful, but I guess that's all of us. Time to fold some laundry.

Like the rest of you....being lazy...just finished watching the race...what did you think Made? Good finish....a couple got a little fired up...which always makes things more interesting....

Going to go clean my office....talk to yall tonight....

They need take JR's new car and crush it!!!!! Other than that, it was a good race. I was really pulling for Bowyer at the end. He's quickly replacing Smoke as my second favorite driver.

I haven't done too much today either. Did some chores around the house and then I took my 16 year old driving. She has had her permit for a while now and I only took her out a couple of times. I'm going to have my husband take her next time, I get so stressed out. Its so nerve wracking. Anyway, starting to cook dinner now. Thankfully I had sauce and meatballs frozen so I took that out this morning to defrost. All I have to do is boil spaghetti and make a salad.

Maybe hold off for a bit - the last thing she needs is for us to keep firing questions at her when she's only just starting to deal with things herself. If it was that sudden, there may be an autopsy which could take time for results anyway

oh well, pizza sounds good too! Never feel guilty for not feeling like cooking!
I just put a tray of burgers in the oven, since my BBQ is broken that will have to do!

Hey friends,

Thinking of you all. Finding it hard to put what I feel into words. You all do it so beautifully! Missing Louann, and decided to pull out my Keepsake Ornaments because they make me feel close to her.

I went for a walk today, and felt her all around me. It was still, birds were singing, ducks flying overhead, and dogs everywhere! They made me smile.

Sending out love to you all~

xx

I thought of that, too, Ryan. I knew that I had planned on doing that as soon as I got home tomorrow.

I too have been worried about her "fur kids and fur babies." I know it may be too soon right now, but in time I hope some of us can keep her fur kid shoutouts going. Of course Wish and the others will always be on the list!

She's typed out the names of all the fur kids in the MMC family so all we would have to do is add to it as the family grows. Just a thought...

I know what you mean about feeling sad, I have had that since hearing the news.
Pizza seems the food of choice tonight. My laundry is done now!
I have to work tomorrow too, we are getting the store ready for opening day on Friday.

no races here, unless it is Penny running up and down the stairs!
Office cleaning I do that once in awhile, never last very long!

Good afternoon,

JP had his District Pinewood Derby today, he came in 26th out of 28. He had a blast that is all that counts.

I am struggling mightily with the loss of CM3, I honestly cried myself to sleep last night. I have loved reading all the posts from all of you on how she touched your lives, she truly was a one of a kind person and I or we were all very lucky to know her. We love you Louann.

I'm fixing Burgers too, Star!!!

We are getting dinner prepped to have after Mass at 5 p.m. My SIL is making a lasagna casserole using crescent rolls. It sounds like a great recipe. I will definitely say a Hail Mary for our south paw Christmas angel at Mass.

ummm spaghetti and meatballs sounds good too!
Teaching the kids to drive can be hard on the nerves, but you can do it, don't let hubby have all the fun!
