Good move!! I'm going to hold off for as long as I can..it's 81 degrees in the house (upstairs) and 65 degrees (downstairs). And 90 degrees outside! What the?! Went from Winter to summer...grr! I wanted a real Spring!

Good morning, friends!!
It's going to be a hot day here!! High of 86 degrees!! Yesterday it barely made it to 60, and was damp & windy. Such strange weather lately!
How are you all today?
I am doing well
But I need to get studying & catch up on laundry. Also should probably take Harlowe for a walk before it gets too warm.
I wasn't able to snap a picture of my Mom opening up her necklace, unfortunately. Every time she'd start to open it, another person would show up at their house unexpectedly! Eventually, she just opened it while I was catching up with my nephew.
But, next time I see her, I will take a photo of her wearing it! She loved it, by the way!!
But, my Dad did get a picture of his girls at brunch:my Mom, sister, and niece =}

Hey You,
we are doing good....Stripey is sitting in Kandice´s Tipi in our living room (yes....I got a Tipi in our living room...hahaha...a small one for kids)....and Kandice is playing a bit before she goes to bed....in school she´s been struggling with maths a little....her concentration was off for a two weeks...now she is back calculating like it was the easiest thing ever...oh.....and she was voted the "Reading Queen" of her class....I was very, very proud

Good evening, everyone! How are you all? I am well. I've just been really, really busy. I've been working extra hours the past few days, including today, but tonight is my night and I am enjoying it to it's fullest!
What is new with everyone? Not a lot going on here. I had a nice Mother's Day with my family and a nice weekend. I hope you all did too.
Anyone have any plans for tomorrow? I plan on doing some housework, but other than that, nothing planned here. DH is working daylight, then he is working overtime night shift, so he is working 24 hours straight. I go back tomorrow night as well, so my sister will be watching the kids.
Counting down the days to vacation, which I know some of the rest of you are as well. I love summer, but it is so busy as well, not only for my family, but for me in general because of work. It seems like OVERTIME is the word.
Well, I am off to read some of the boards, then spend some time with DH before going to bed. We'll also be watching the end of the Pens game. Talk to you all tomorrow! God Bless!

Good evening. I can't wait to go to sleep tonight, I am so tired. My father will be leaving the rehab center Thursday morning. This is good news. He is walking on his own now. He moves slow but he's doing it. I know he will do even better when he is home. He will eat and sleep better and get his strength back. My house is a mess because I have been spending so much time running back and forth to see him. I haven't been able to keep up with all of my chores, I'm looking forward to getting back on track!
