(And that's the same as 3 weeks from tomorrow, Yogi.)

Continued warmth and no rain.
Low humidity.
No mosquitoes, yet.
Wonderful!
(Of course, it won't last. But I'll enjoy it while it does!)
Currently, we stand at 66 degrees here in the capital city of the great state of North Carolina.

Wifey's graduation last Saturday, Church ceremony for graduates last Sunday, athletic banquet Monday, academic banquet Tuesday, Dr. Wifey's grandfather passed away last night, and graduation tonight. I'm pooped.

Going to bed....going to try to catch up here starting tomorrow afternoon. I will see you for coffee and Martin watching aroudn 3:15! See you then, friends!

I am getting a giggle out of the conversation of what to do with the lotto money! (I still want a full time dishwasher to take over my job!) Ha ha!

I think we should put a big chunk of that money into MMC forums! We will have so much money that we can make it 3D and buttons to press to let snowfall when we want it, Santa and his reindeers to show up, bake cookies for you and more! Wow! This is getting exciting just thinking about it all! It will all be worry-free for Mr. Jeff Westover. He can finally relax!

When my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter came over the other day she was putting little toys in my houseplant. I asked her what she was doing. She replied, "I am decorating the Christmas Tree and making it pretty". She also asked if she could hear, Mele Kalikimaka. I love the way she thinks about Christmas 24/7 like I do! =)

When my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter came over the other day she was putting little toys in my houseplant. I asked her what she was doing. She replied, "I am decorating the Christmas Tree and making it pretty". She also asked if she could hear, Mele Kalikimaka. I love the way she thinks about Christmas 24/7 like I do! =)

Alright, another Friday TTL.... last night as I sat down to get into my relaxing mode, I turned on the tv and to my surprise, Holiday Inn was on Encore; very nice! I like a little Christmas in May~

It's supposed to be a beautiful weekend here in the Mid-Atlantic, so I suppose some outside work in on the list of things to do this weekend like staining the deck, tilling the garden, planting some bushes, mulching, etc....

I'm going to spend the evening out shopping with my daughter for some summer clothes for her, dad's treat.....Then I think well stop and get frozen yogurt! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Good morning, friends!!

Happy Friday =}

It's a much cooler day, cloudy & rainy, with a high of only 59 degrees. I love days like this, too! Kind of Fall-like.

A friend of mine sent me an amazing little book! What a nice surprise!! It's called "The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year: 101 Inspiring Ways To Enjoy Christmas." I plan to read a page each morning to get an extra dose of Christmas daily!!

Well, I have lots to do today so better get some more coffee & get moving.

I will be leaving soon to run a couple of errands. I need to buy stamps and mail out my daughters graduation party invitations and I also need to go to the butcher. But first I am dropping my oldest and a few of her friends off at the train station. They are heading to a two day concert. I'm not crazy about it but she will be with a big group of friends. And they are all going to come home for the night and will then go back to the stadium tomorrow. Ugh. I'm such a worrier. Things were so much easier when they were little!

I have been addicted to 3 games on my Kindle lately, Jeopardy, Price Is Right: Decades, and Slingin' Santa: Christmas Toss which you are Santa in a sleigh being pulled by Rudolph, where you toss the presents into the chimney of the good children and avoid the naughty ones. I can't get past level 3. cheesy

I have Slingin' Santa too for my Kindle. It's fun but it is tough! My daughter likes that game a lot, too. Maybe she's a going to turn out to be a Christmas nut too!

Ballcoach-very sorry to hear about your wife's grandfather. And, I enjoye your Rock reference in your post (my son is a huge fan of the Rock, so I knew just what you were talking about and could hear it in my mind :smile.

Not much is going on here. The high is supposed to be 93 tomorrow and Sunday! 93!!! I hope this does not me we are in for a scorching summer. But we are getting rain, and that is a blessing.
