I was only thinking yesterday 'thank goodness for the internet and more importantly, this site'. I used to think I was crazy having a Christmas addiction and had to keep it to myself. Now I've found a place where there are like minded people...perhaps we are all a bit crazy!! I too need a Christmas fix, ballcoach. Hope life has slowed down a bit for you!:yahoo:

Still warm with rain last night to refresh things a bit and water the 2 tomato plants we have in the back yard.
Supposed to be wet most of the day today.
Currently, we have 71 degrees here in the Capital City and a light rain has just stopped falling.

Sitting in my room enjoying the view. Going into Burlington with my mom and kids today.
Dropping them off for a movie while mom and me hit the thrift stores in search of Christmas goodies! Well, that is what I am looking for, not sure what mom wants!
Thank you for all the prayers, my sister will not loose the finger. She still has a lot of healing to do and it looks aweful, but she will recover.

Good cool morning everyone! Just sitting here naming the mmc podcasts on my computer, listening to Christmas music and browsing the site. Oh don't forget my morning coffee blend that Carl just handed me. Had a relaxing weekend. Cut the lawn and did some grocery shopping. Today my work shift ends at a more respectable 7pm then 9pm. Yay! Well better get to it. Have to get to work soon! Have a Merry day everyone!

Just got back from walking the dogs. It is such a dreary day. We are expecting scattered showers today with a high of 75 degrees. The temperatures may drop down to the 60's by Friday, that will be nice.
Not too much going on for me today. I ran a few errands yesterday so I don't have to go out this morning. Just need to start the laundry and get a couple of other chores done, after I finish my cup of coffee.
I recieved an unexpected phone call from my mother this morning. She works in a doctors office and told me that there will be a part time clerical postition opening up and wanted to know if I might be interested. It would only be a few hours a day, a couple of days a week. I would love to take advantage of the oppurtunity but I'm not sure if I am ready to commit to a job. Even if its only part time. My youngest still isn't driving. It will be a problem if there is a conflict getting my daughter to and from where she needs to be. I'm not sure. It might be too stressful, lol. I have to think about it.
Anyway, I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!!!

Good morning everyone! We are getting ready to head out of town after a wild weekend! A lot of our community was without power until yesterday after Friday's storms. But i am heading on vacation and hope i dont even think of the weather! I hope ever y one who traveled this weekend is safely st their destination and having fun! I will c heck in later.

I am exhausted!! Not as young as I used to be!! We were on the go constantly, and didn't get a whole lot of sleep. Plus, we ate out so much, that I need to get back on track. It was fun while it lasted, though

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a beautiful day here in Central Indy with a high of 72. I got up early and got some stuff done since I'm expecting my buddy to show up today but since I did all that, he'll probably wait until tomorrow. Oh well, I have some work to do on the computer and a few more things to do around here. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!
