Tonight Brandi invited our next door neighbors (who brought food over last weekend) over tonight for drinks and dinner. They are her age but a lot younger than me:( but hey that is okay too.. We need friends right now and they seem like really nice folks. I just hope 2 small baby boys don't scare em off! Well I better get going to help get ready for the company...Have a good hump day everyone!

It has been a very sad day for me. After consulting with both vets' I had to say goodbye to Mouse. I believe a part of me passed on with her - such a lonely place here now. I wish I could hug each and every one of you who kept her in your prayers - it meant so much to me. God bless!

Im Back!!!... Missed all of You guys.....My apartment was one of the few that have been flloded in my hometown.....Compared to the East and South of Germany...our flood was nothing....still I had to throw away the big wardrobe in the bedroom and four other cupboards....and it seems we got to throw away the big one in the living room as well.......im trying to see it positive....that way i get rid off a lot of junk, too.....

Good morning! Happy Pines Day!! Not much going on around here today. It's going to be a hot one! And strong storms later they say! A guy from our town here is a storm chaser - he has posted on his FB page today that we could possibly have 100 MPH winds! WHAT??? I hope he's wrong!!! They are saying the worst of the storms are supposed to come overnight! Ugh!! I better go & be safe at the pines - I'll sleep in the slide!!! HA!

Oh I am so sorry. I am shedding a few tears as well. We talk about Mouse so much that I am going to miss her too. It's such a difficult thing to go through. (((hugs)))
