Just a quick update on Bella, the surgery was successful. She is a fighter, they expect her to make it. Thank you all for you thoughts and prayers xo
Good evening!
I am exhausted, it has been a long day. We had a great time at my nephews graduation party today. We wanted to go out to dinner for my birthday but the party didn't wrap up early enough, we will have to go some other time. Tomorrow is another family party, a surprise party for my brother in law's 50th birthday. I'm looking forward to that too, it should be a lot of fun.
I hope you all had fun today celebrating Christmas in July!

good morning Christmas friends......had my first cup of coffee and breakfast and wait for the rain to come down.....yes they forecasted rain.....I want it to be Christmas!!!!
Heh, same here. It's also raining here in Scotland after couple of weeks being completely dry. So unusual for typical local climate. ^^ Sunny weather is good though it doesn't put my in Christmas mood either. A mug of coffee, cozy blanket and Christmas music are perfect for Sunday! :]

Lower temps and humidity have got me energized once again!
And even more energy can be drawn by taking note of this revelation:

Days to Christmas Day: 150
One week from tomorrow, Guys -- the 100-day Season Milestone!
(Can our holiday of choice really be that far behind such a momentous moment?)
Well, as stated above, our weather has taken a turn for the better.
I'll accept the showers to get the lower humidity and temperature figures.
Our current reading is 71 degrees here in the capital city.
Have a Superlative Sunday, Everyone!
Enjoy the remainder of your weekend as only us dedicated Christmas supporters can!

It is going to be cloudy here today with a chance of showers later in the day, temperatures in the lower 80's.
My parents are going to visit us this morning. I am going to pick up some bagels and danishes after I finish my cup of coffee. Then later this afternoon we have a surprise birthday party for my brother in laws 50th birthday. I'm looking foward to the party, it should be a lot of fun. So it will be another busy day for me. Wish I could have been here more this weekend for Christmas in July. Hope you are all enjoying the weekend, have a great day!!!

Hope this finds everyone doing great! I'm sitting on the deck in 68 degree weather, drinking coffee, and wondering how life can be this good.
Waiting on the 9:00 am broadcast so that I can hear Jayish spin some ol Christmas songs....yesterday morning was quite the time listening to everyone call in....good times.

I'm waiting to see if they are going to put up lights or not. If they do, I'll be there. I couldn't find anyone to go with me today or I would have went.
It's going to look really empty today. They are saying 100,000 tickets sold. Which is a decent amount for a cup race now of days but 100,000 when the track has 250,000 seats plus room for another 100,000 on the grassy area's, it's going to look pretty bad.
