I came across a recipe online for individual miniature pumpkin pies baked in a muffin tin. I posted it here.

Last night, my daughter and I went back to Yankee Candle and we bought some of the Mr. Bones collection, candle accessories for my wife. Some of her birthday presents for her birthday next week. The store owner told me that she is already selling out and have already sold out some of the item in the 2013 collection already.

She also tipped me off that the main part of the Christmas stuff should be arriving by the beginning of October with some misc items trickling in before that

I was just looking at that collection in a catalog that I received, she will love them. An early Happy Birthday to her!

Hi everyone.......I wanna show You a little guy

we found him and his family last week at mom´s place.......since 7 days we only saw the baby alone...and thought the family was always close by....today we checked him out again....and decided to take him in...no mama, no daddy and no sibling to be seen no more.....the poor babyhedgehog only weighed about 95-100 gramm...we put him in a box with grass and gave him water, apples and catfood....and drove him to someone who knows how to take care of baby hedgehogs.....they said he was very small and light...and might not make it...but they have hope for our little friend Imi (Kandice called it Imi)....it is the sweetest creature ever.....especially the tiny feet.......we all fell in love and tonight I will be praying for a little babyhedgehog

I am sending up prayers for the baby hedgehog. He is precious.

Good evening!
I am going to turn in a little early tonight. I am so tired and could use an extra hour or two of sleep. The girls are all home. My oldest has her boyfriend over, my middle one has a few of her friends here in the back yard, and my youngest is doing some summer reading. She has a couple of books that she needs to finish reading before she goes back to school. My husband is working on the floors anyway and he said he would keep an eye on everyone for me.
I hope everyone is well, had a great day and enjoys their evening!

I saw a sign in our neighborhood, too. We don't do much for Halloween, but it would be fun to walk through and see what they've got when they're open!



Does this refer to the human "turkeys," the frozen turkeys, or (I suspect) both? cheesy I'm glad you have a vacay to look forward to in a few days.

I love going in the stores. Some items they sell are overly gory for my tastes. I enjoy spooky stuff for Halloween, but not disturbing and violent, if that makes any sense. There's far too much of that in the real world, in my opinion.

Sorry for my soapbox...I do love decorations and costumes though! I want to get a Halloween inflatable decoration for the yard this year. The kids would love it.

I like fun stuff for Halloween, the gory stuff just turns my stomach. Sometimes the stores have so much gore they scare my boys.
