Just.watching a Jim Carrey movie.....been doing five loads of laundry, folded it and pit it away. Sorted.out some toys from Kandice and rearranged he room, prepared dinner, done thedishes before andafter.that.....so now Im chilling....tomorrow....I will vaccum and mop the floor

Is been a cold and wet one today but the rain has stopped now. but gives more for tomorrow i have a fire lit and its lovely , nothing to beat it

Sure if I can figure out how to post them here. We had a great weekend. I got everything done on our list and even managed to squeeze in watching 2 christmas movies. We watched Jingle All the Way on Friday and Arthur Christmas on Sunday night. I received a $25 amazon gift card from a friend for doing some yard work for her and so I bought 3 Christmas gifts today. yahoo I have officially begun Christmas Shopping. Well 2 of the gifts were for our daughter, whose birthday is Dec 24, so I am not sure if they will be Christmas or Birthday gifts for her, but it is a start. I hope everyone had a great Monday!

Yeah ... Boston.com has a few features today focused on Christmas marketing that has started already, including a poll asking readers when Christmas advertising should start. Fairly neutral in tone, but it gets people riled up in the wrong way anyhow.

(Let me amend that ... the shootings at the Washington Navy Yard have driven the Christmas advertising stories off the page. At least six are reported dead. Yet another violent, senseless tragedy.)

I have been watching the footage of the shooting off and on today. It's horrifying. My thoughts and prayers are with all that have been affected.

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

Wow, it was another HOT weekend. Jacob and I spent the whole weekend hunting in the sun, but we had a great time together. I have a serious farmer's tan going on right now.

I did work a few hours on the Camaro Saturday afternoon. The white car (the one we decided to make THE car) didn't come with factory air conditioning, so we're having to modify the firewall to accept all the ventilation needs. If it weren't for having to do that before we put the engine in, we could be running in a week or so!

I wanted to work on it some more today, but I have to take Elizabeth to ballet practice this afternoon. Maybe Tuesday.
