Good evening,

I am not doing well today, I took some Claritin before bed last night and it made my heart race all night long, I have been up since 2:30am but I went to work lasted about 6 hours before leaving work early. I came home a little after 1pm and took a short nap. I feel lousy. I do get to watch my Bruins in a preseason game tonight on TV, and next Thursday will be the first game of the new season. I am glad I have tomorrow off.

I hope you all are doing well.

Hope you're feeling better today.

I have a meeting the last 2 hours of work so I will have to be away from my desk. I will check back in with you guys after I get home in 2.5 hours. I guessed 2:34 (CST) that coach's baby would arrive in the baby pool thread:). I think that is like in 35 minutes...or I could be confused too.lol well I hope everyone has a good rest of your work day, talk to you all soon!

I am going to finish watching the game, it's only preseason but I find it satisfying to watch a hockey game now. Then I will be calling it a night.

Good night, friends.

That's the way I look at it. It's hockey and that's all that matters!

love the picture, you will have to post another when the leaves have changed color.

I can do that! It's my favorite place to walk!!!

I like it, looks very elegant! Where did you get them?

Everything came from Ben Franklin! Love that store!

Happy Tuesday! Fall is officially here - cool in the mornings and evenings and warm in the middle of the day. I love it. We had a busy weekend as always. Son had football practice, daughter had sleep over and horse back riding lessons. I did grocery shopping, painted new front door and outside trim around door, cleaned house, watched the Buckeyes win their game, and finished the book Night Circus. I will be glad for an uneventful weekend this weekend. I plan to begin to decorate for Halloween but that is about it.

What an awesome weekend you had! You didn't watch the Buckeyes WIN you watched them ANNIHILATE them! WOW! What a boring game - we didn't get to watch b/c we were golfing but we kept getting updates on the score. Our friends were there & they left after half time - he said he couldn't sit there anymore! (he has a bulging disk which stadium seating doesn't help either) We sure didn't expect to win by THAT much! GO BUCKS!!!

Well, Folks.
Major disappointment time!

Just got back from Crabtree Valley Mall after talking with their customer service people and have sadly confirmed that
A Christmas To Remember will not be there this year. No space.

BUT NOT TO WORRY!!
The rumor mentioned earlier this morning is still alive and well.

Now, this is where Carl comes in. Tomorrow's open house theme at the 'Pines involves flowers. Lots of flowers.
(Hmmmmm....... Wonder what that could mean??)

Nooooo - say it isn't so!!!! :( Well I have no doubt you & everyone else will find lots of good stuff to post! But still.. bummer!!!

We were SO busy today, and I have not had time to even read my emails!!! I went to the doctor and received a Vitamin B shot that did not kick in until we headed for home. It kicked in BIG TIME and I had energy to spare. I will try to catch up tomorrow and the rest of this week. I know I must award some prizes, so that will come tomorrow. TTYT

Glad it seems to be working!

Quitting time!!!!

I'm going to try to check in later from home to see if anyone has heard from Coach!!!

Have a great night everyone!!!

An update from Coach-

Waiting. Waiting. Waiting.

Good afternoon! Thanks, Im so tired... zzzzzz....
I'm home with my son. He have an ear infection, poor thing.
We have been up every night the last four nights to give him painkillers and meds..
Hope things are going better soon!!

How are you today Seawaters?

Poor little guy. I hope he can get some relief soon. I'll be thinking of him.

Good morning MMC.
I haven't been feeling well the past couple of days. My headaches/migraines have been just awful. And to top it off the kids have been sick. I had two of them at the doctor yesterday, the other is going today.
I got a call last night from the mother of the little girl I was going to start watching today. Her grandmother has volunteered to put her on the bus on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, so they will not be needing me. The mother promised me that if anything changes I will be the first one she calls. To be honest with you, I am almost relieved because I haven't been feeling well lately. Some days I barely have the energy to get through the day and take care of my own family.
I will be heading out soon, the dogs have a groomer appointment in a little while. I have a few errands to run while Molly and Maggie are at the groomer, including a trip to the supermarket. Then back home for chores. I also need to start a big pot of chicken soup for dinner.
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Hope you and your kids feel better soon!

My meeting left out early so I am leaving early too. I will check in before We leave for date night! Have a good late afternoon everyone! safe drive home!

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be another beautiful day here with a high in mid 70's. Pretty excited here today. My brother from another mother is going to become a dad!!! My sister from another mother is starting a new job that I know she is going to be great at and NCIS is back tonight!!!! I'm going to try and contain my excitement though and do some work around the apartment and maybe make a couple of apple pies. I'm also going to work on some preliminary song lists for the shows I volunteered to do on Kringle radio. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S.- You guys have been busy overnight and this morning!!!

You're having a very exciting day!!! :)

When my first was born, I remember everything going on in the room, and I must have gotten really pale and nearly passed out and the nurses and Dr were paying attention to me instead of my wife having the baby. The nerves and emotions were unreal.

It was an amazing thing to witness, and we joke about that now.

I think that is the most rewarding part of my job - watching the parents faces, when they see their baby be born. I love that. My husband actually got to deliver our daughter, once the head was born, since we had a midwife for our first child. He loved that. He was so upset because he couldn't deliver our son, because it was it was an emergent delivery and almost went for a C-section. It is such an emotional thing.
