I am reading Deception, an Alex Delaware novel by Jonathan Kellerman. I went online and ordered The Kill Artist just now. I want to read The Confessor, but I will wait to read it in order! I love getting recommendations from all our members on the boards! Thanks! Kellerman wrote a book about Israel called The Butcher's Theater. It was the first of his that I read, and I was hooked!

I'm so glad!!! What book are you reading? I'm currently reading the first in Daniel Silva's Gabriel Allon series, The Kill Artist.

Laughed out loud at this one! Your chicken sounds divine! I did a macaroni and cheese dish the other night that was SO GOOD! I have to say that mac and cheese is one of my favorites of all food!

Made myself a cup of coffee, did the dishes, harassed Palmer ( cheesy ) and checked on the chicken I have in the slow cooker. Found a container of cinnamon chipotle rub and decided to use some - smells good! Now I can go back to my research as I've accomplished something!

Yeah, the ol' Bulldogs....I think they will have a heck of a year. Murray is a good qb....I hope somebody knocks off Saban and company!

TGIF!!! I have a busy weekend ahead with a 31-bags/Mary Kay party that I'm attending after work, Relief Society General Broadcast tomorrow evening and Primary services at sacrament meeting Sunday morning!

Also, there is a nip in the air here in Tallahassee--YAY!!! Fall is finally on it's way!!! :yahoo:

This sounds so fun for Jacob! Please take pictures. I would love to see them. I am sure you remember being where your kids are now. I remember not understanding Mother's concern, etc., but now I do. I am sure they will have a blast. It is hard watching our kids spread their wings but knowing what it is like and that it's a part of growing up. Just remember to pray for them each time they go out, trusting in your parenting and their learning the life lessons you have taught them!

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends! TGIF!

Part of Jacob's 16th birthday was a trip to Six Flags Over Georgia, so we're taking him and his best friend there tomorrow. This Saturday is the first day of "Fright Fest", with walking monsters around the park. At 6pm, they'll release a bunch of zombies into the park, too. Atlanta is about 3.5 hours from here, so it'll be a lonnnng day tomorrow.

Elizabeth is staying here with her best friend (who also takes ballet and is in the Nutcracker, too) to go to Nutcracker practice in Statesboro, then to see a play in Savannah.

It feels weird being in Atlanta while my little honeybee is in Statesboro and Savannah, but such is the life of a family with growing kids. Look out, Coach!

Last night while Hubby was at the Elks last night, I fell asleep a little after 6 p.m. and slept until Hubby arrived home a little after 8 p.m. I had had a bad headache, not quite a migraine, but close. He and I watched TV for a while and luckily I was able to fall asleep again. I woke up with a residual headache this morning. It sort of feels like a sinus infection. I hate that! I am going to take it easy today. Tomorrow we have plans to have Rock Cornish Game Hens with wild rice, corn, salad, and one other thing that I can't remember. Hubby normally does this dinner; I just cook the rice! I hope everyone has great day. Some of your plans sound so inviting and fun! We have good weather again today, so fallish, cool and just plain wonderful!
