Good morning!
The house is so chilly this morning! The temperatures have been dipping down in to the 40's at night but it has been warming up in to the upper 60's during the day. We still haven't turned the heat on, my hubby wants to wait until its a bit cooler during the day. I can't wait to see how the radiant heat in the floor is going to work. I hope we like it after all the work my husband did.
Not too much going on today. I already walked the dogs and went to the supermarket for a few things. I saw a gingerbread haunted house kit while I was there. I think I may pick one up next time, they are so cute! I need to get started on some household chores soon. And my daughter has a job interview at the outlets this afternoon and I'm going to take a ride with her. There is a Christmas Tree Shop there and I always like to walk around and see what they have.

It has been a long night, I made chili, cleaned up and then edited and loaded most of my photos on to my albums here at MMC for the Blossoms thread, I did add six posts of photos to the Blossoms of Yankee Candle.
I am beat, and I work early tomorrow.

I also watched the Red Sox win a heck of a game tonight, what a series so far, 2 1-0 games, and a third nailbiter of a game.

Have a nice Wednesday everyone! I'm going to a field trip today. It hasn't rained for a while here but the forecast says that is going to pour badly today. :[ I guess I should put my waterproofs on. Oh well. See you all in the evening!
 
Yep and at 5:00am.. Maybe when Crown gets up around noon it will be sunny,,, Hah! Yabba!!!!!
 
67 days till Lovemas. Think we had better start preparing ... Hmmm. What to do to soundproof house to prevent neighbors from hearing the screaming ,,,, hmmm Yabba!!!

Seems that is the way it works, nice and dry until you want to do something outside, hope the rain holds off until your trip is done.
 
Good morning! I was up and down all night and just said to heck with it and got on up! Today should be an okay day at work not too busy but not too slow either. I am just ready for my morning coffee to kick in because until then I am propping my eyes open with toothpicks basically! I hope everyone has a good early morning! Talk to yall later!
 
Hello it's me again! Coffee beginning to take affect. I just looked at the 5 day forecast and we are under a hard freeze warning right now...don't really know why its just 34F and not suppose to get any lower than 33F but anyways the next five days are lows in the mid 30's and highs in the mid to upper 50's! and bone dry! No snow yet but the locals say this is normal. We usually just get a few dustings in October the snow pack does not even start to build until mid to late December. Then it's snow on the ground basically until April or March! How many bets I will be sick of snow by April? My wife says that but I still say I love it no matter what!

Days to the Season: 28
Days to Christmas Day: 70

Four weeks from today, Guys - Christmas Season 2013 launches, ready or not.
Halloween? Why, that's barely 2 weeks from tomorrow.

It was drier yesterday and a tad warmer for a better day overall than was Monday.
Hope it stays dry today.
At this hour, we record 63 degrees here in the capital city.


Well, to paraphrase Charlie Brown, it seems another Pines Day is upon us.
Carl's theme this week is "Mid-October and Fall is here!"
Lots of colorful leaf displays and pumpkins abound at the 'Pines. Candy corn treats accompany each Fired Twinkie.
Carl has not leaked what the door prize is this time. Something seasonal, no doubt.
(Just so long as it's not some weird coffe blend.)

well, guess I should get started baking that grooms cake. They are having the rehearsal party Friday. Saturday I need to have the wedding cake done. Actually, the cake is going to be a Volkswagen camper van, the rest is a pile of cupcakes. I hate cupcakes for a wedding, does not look classy at all, reminds me more of a picnic or a kids party than a wedding. A cake is the focal point of the table and looks beautiful. But alas, I must do what the customer wants, so 75 cupcakes it is.
