Sorry I haven't been around for a few days. Mom had to be taken to Baptist hospital in Wake Forest early Wed morning. She was in ICU until Saturday when they told us there was nothing else they could do. She is now back home and hospice has been called in. My wife is down there now taking care of her until we complete the transition to hospice. I'm trying to work a little today but it is not easy.

We are really taking 1 day at a time and I'm not sure when I will be back on. I want to thank all of you for your prayers and thoughts for our family. You're the greatest.

I am lifting you and your family up in my prayers.

How fun!!! I bet everyone really enjoyed that!! We do something similar at the lake for Buckeye games, races & once in a while a movie night (Mama Mia being the latest) except our screen hangs from our trailer...sorry the picture is lopsided...LOL!

That is great, I love it!

We finished taking down the top cabinets in the kitchen yesterday. Did not finish until late afternoon. We ate breakfast in the front room on TV trays. One more time for the dishwasher, and then the bottom cabinets come out. Lots of work!!!

Thank you, sending hugs back!!!
She is taking an antibiotic and another medication to help open up her airways. I need to call the doctor when she finishes both medications and we'll see how she is doing at that point. I'm hoping for the best!

I hope the medications help her a lot! Poor baby!

Ooh, can't wait to see pictures! Exciting!!! (even though it's A LOT of work!) :)

Jennifer - we are supposed to have a lot of rain here Wed & Thurs too! Hopefully it won't be as bad as they are saying. Our town had trick or treat day yesterday - but I'm sure we will have a few come around yet this week!
:pumpkin:

I've got to work this into my radio segments!!!

You started demo with out me??? I even polished the head of my sledge hammer the other day to get it ready!!!!!

It happens mostly in the morning. I am starving for breakfast, eat something, and almost immediately feel nauseous. I hate that! Gonna rest until it passes.

Hubby just laughed at this, Made. The only problem is we wanted to preserve the cabinets to use somewhere else, maybe the garage for my scrapbooking, so even I couldn't use the sledge hammer, LOL! Hubby is very meticulous about his work. So neat and then he still cleans up after himself!

Oh, yuck--pill time to curb the nausea. If I get the sublingual ones, I have to pay full price; otherwise, I have to get the regular ones that take about 20 minutes to kick in. At least I have the pills to take.

I hope your stomach is more cooperative very soon. What a pain.
