Greetings friends. Due to some testing tomorrow I have been prohibited by doc to workout for the past two days. I'm not used to being at home rather than at the gym on Monday evening. I'm rather enjoying the break. Hoping for good results with doc. Have a great evening everyone!

Random thought: I was listening to Elvis sing Winter Wonderland earlier and it made me think of how many Christmas songs don't mention Christmas. There's Let It Snow, Baby It's Cold Outside, and of course Jingle Bells. What others am I missing?

I'm sure there's more than we think! I must pay better attention. Let me get back to you on this one!

Random thought: I was listening to Elvis sing Winter Wonderland earlier and it made me think of how many Christmas songs don't mention Christmas. There's Let It Snow, Baby It's Cold Outside, and of course Jingle Bells. What others am I missing?

Good evening, MMC!

My cousin and I had a lot of fun on our day out to Frankenmuth. We laughed and smiled a lot and managed to go to all the places we wanted to go to and still get back in time for her to get her children from school and me to do my chores. Great day!

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days. Mom had to be taken to Baptist hospital in Wake Forest early Wed morning. She was in ICU until Saturday when they told us there was nothing else they could do. She is now back home and hospice has been called in. My wife is down there now taking care of her until we complete the transition to hospice. I'm trying to work a little today but it is not easy.

We are really taking 1 day at a time and I'm not sure when I will be back on. I want to thank all of you for your prayers and thoughts for our family. You're the greatest.

You and your family is in my thoughts.

I have made it through one of the toughest stretches I have had at work in a long time. The last 6 days have been H E double hockey sticks. My back has been in constant pain, so my day off tomorrow I will probably lay down most of the day.
Hopefully I can get back to a little bit of normalcy, I also have Thursday off so I will be able to get a bit more rest.
The Red Sox are one win away from a World Series title, this has been a very entertaining series thus far. I am looking forward to Wednesday night's game.
Also on Wednesday, they are speaking of a possible wintry mix, I hope to see a little snow!!!!

I am heading to bed, I am beyond exhausted.

Thanks, Bullypup! We went to Round Table and had the pizza that has a garlic sauce instead of the spicy red sauce. It was SO good! We were starved because we worked through lunch, so we only had three slices left! If we had ordered the pan crust, I'll bet we would have had more leftovers! Guess what's for lunch tomorrow?
