Well my streak of horrible betting on horse racing continues. I think my horse is still in the third turn and the winner crossed the line about 15 minutes ago.

Good evening, MMC!

Long day today and was it ever wet! It was too wet to take the items I wanted to put in the store out to the truck - I did not want my boxes ruined! Ended up going out to a thrift store my brother found instead. Not much in the way of Christmas items was out, but I did find a craft book. There were a few items I picked up for the store and some things that I hope I can find the other pieces to complete the set. The local K-Mart was just setting out the Christmas section. I was really hoping it would be up and running already. It was still a fun day out, though. I got to see my brother which was nice and he bought me brunch, too. My day out in the rain has made feel a bit under the weather, though, so I am going to take it easy tonight.

Good Evening MMC!!!! It's been a windy chilly day here. At least I have been inside most of the time. I've been helping my sister with the girl scout fall festival since 8am this morning. It was a huge success though and the kids all seemed to have fun. I way over did it on my foot though and now I'm paying the price. So I'm going to kick back and relax the rest of the evening. I hope everyone had a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Greetings MMC'ers. I hope you have all had a wonderful Saturday. I watched some football, met a friend for lunch, had a great workout, then came home and made some really good chili. It goes so well with a brisk Fall evening.

It has been a long day here, so glad I can turn the clock back an hour and get that extra sleep. The house is a mess, I hope no one comes to visit, but I know that is usually when they come! LOL Good thing it is late and most will be going to bed soon.
Had a great day of celebrating my sons 26th birthday.
I got the cakes done to a point where all I have to do is add the decorations, they do not have to be delivered until 3:30 tomorrow so that gives me lots of time to finish them.
Going to be a cold night, will feel like -9c (15f), time to get another blanket!
