I just found this site today and I'm excited to join up.

How is everyone doing? Have you started getting ready for the big day yet?

My wife had our first child this past June (girl) so this will be our first Christmas as parents!

Congratulations on your first Christmas as parents! My wife and I have some Christmas ornaments that bring back memories every year, because they are engraved with a year of significance for us. (ie the year we were married, the year our son was born, etc.) Even though we know they are in there, it's still a surprise when we bring them every year, and who knew they'd come with a smile and a tear.

May that tradition be as pleasant for you as it has been for us.
