This is my first real sitting-down of the day! Did some bookkeeping this morning, had my hair trimmed, got a couple gift items at Staples and Michaels, came back home, picked up Mr., went out to lunch, stopped at my office building to put up a wreath, a desktop Christmas tree, and my little barn with the Rudolph characters, then to the supermarket for a few things, and now back home. We're going to spend the evening downstairs looking at some 16mm film. We always kick off the Christmas season with a kinescope of a 1950s live Lawrence Welk show that features Christmas music. Poor Alice Lon---while she sings her solo, both her dress straps manage to fall down, but she bravely carries on!
Going to put on some comfy sweats and get comfortable. I'm going to try to crochet a snowflake garland that I have a pattern for.
Enjoy your evening, it sounds wonderful!!!
