It's getting dangerously cold here. After our warming trend in the 30's, we have HIGHS near 0 for a few days, then just in the single digits. Boo.. High winds, and snow coming too. Love the snow, not the winds & frigid temps.

Does anyone have New Years Eve plans? It's funny when I was single I always had a party or something to go to or threw one myself. We got married and had a kid and in the last 18 years we went out and did something one time. LOL And that was because Bud was booked to do a New Years Eve show in DC. So while everyone in the civic center was counting down, I was in the green room on the phone with my mom saying goodnight to Noah who couldn't keep his eyes open anymore. LOL

We don't have any plans. Maybe we'll have a bonfire with his sister since she'll be here by then.

Same here, ever since we had kids we stay in on the Eve. The girls are older now and usually do their own thing. I like to be around in case anyone needs a ride, I do not want them driving that night. But we always get together with family on New Years Day to celebrate, I always look forward to that!

Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's the last day of my week off, but I don't mind going to work. It's a pretty good working environment and several good folks. I will miss the extra time with the kids...they have this week off, too...but I'll get to have lunch with them every day this week.

Right now, I'm trying to get them out of the bed and motivated for church. Wish me luck!

Yikes, okay I won't complain about are high of 18 tomorrow.

Stay safe buddy!!! Make sure you dress warmly when you take Harlowe for her walks and be careful out there on the roads!!!
