saw something yesterday morning

On my way to work yesterday morning at 5am i saw a house with it's Christmas:???: lights still on. my wife would beat me if done that n believe i would do that very cool to see. hope everyone has a great Wednesday n this cold weather here in georgia sucks as us southerners aren't use to it. already planning our yearly panama city beach trip n June. looking forward to the warm weather MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone

Another day of schools closed and buses cancelled:

School Bus Cancellations
The Christmas holiday refuses to end for local students.
Each and every school in both the Avon Maitland District School Board and the Huron Perth Catholic District School Board is closed again today.
In addition, all Board buildings, including the Public Education Centre in Seaforth and Catholic Education Centre in Dublin are closed.
The Stratford & District Christian School is closed.
The Stratford Middle Years School is closed.
Sunshine Montessori School is closed.

most roads in area are still closed because of so much blowing snow.

So another day of staying inside trying to keep warm.

OH NO!!!! Why does it always seem that the heating systems craps out just when you need it the most... :-?

I hope and pray that you can get someone out there right away so your you, your house/ pipes, do not freeze up!

Good Morning! Whew, It's getting warm, the temperature was up to 9 degrees this morning at the house. It's supposed to get up to a steaming 25 today!

Seriously, can you believe that they are saying by Saturday, it's supposed to be in the 50's around here....

It's Hump day, I love hump day...It reminds me of a slide on a swing set, and were half way down it now heading towards the bottom and I just love the thrill when you reach the bottom (Friday)~cheesy

We are supposed to reach 50 by Saturday too. I'm looking forward to tomorrow, sunny with a high of 30 degrees!

We still have a few houses in our neighborhood that have their lights up, too- they make me smile!

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be a cloudy dreary day here with some snow showers moving through this afternoon. It looks like we may see another inch of snow but nothing major. The good news is that we are going to warm up to the upper 20's!!!! Talk about a heat wave!! My plan for today includes more shoveling. I have one more neighbor's car to clean out around and then I want to get the mailboxes shoveled out. I'll probably go ahead and put some salt down too now that it's warming up. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning MMC! Y'all have been a chatty bunch the last few days. I haven't been able to be on here much due to work and the renovation we have going. After some dry walling and sanding I was helping my wife do some dusting and on our entertainment center the dvd's of The Grinch and Its a Wonderful Life were still setting out. I hated to put them in the drawer for another year. So glad our first milestone is upon us.

Hi Slim, I hope the renovation is going well. We still have an ongoing project in my house and that dust drives me crazy!

All joking aside, quicker than we realize, we will all be complaining about excessive heat! Summer will be here before we know it...years seem to get shorter and shorter each year.

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's another cold day down south, too, starting at 18° here in Bellville. But, it's supposed to get up to 50° by the afternoon, so I guess I have to do some work...when I get off work. It'll be in the 60's tomorrow & Friday, then the 70's this weekend. What a change!

I need to walk out in the plant for a minute. I'll be back soon.
