The Santa I won on Ebay came in yesterday, here is what he looks like.

It is called "Joy To The World."


My modest collection is now up to 15, not counting the smaller tree ornaments.

He's beautiful Xmas, I love him!

Thanks, HmG. His temp is back up to 101. He hasn't had a fever since early this morning, so I think it sounds like a viral infection, but I will keep an eye on him and if it doesn't go down, he will go to the doctor in the morning. His temp wouldn't have stayed down like this all day, if it was the flu. I know typically fevers do get worse at night, but even with the flu, a classic symptom is a high temp, so I don't think it's that or I hope not.

I will keep him in my prayers.

Good afternoon,

It is kind of a sad day, I have taken down 3 of our trees most of the lights inside, disconnected all the outdoor stuff. I am stopping for the day, the room with the 7.5 foot tree is still decorated and will be until Sunday. Just about everything else is done. It looks so dreary now.
I got to rustle up some grub for lunch, I am starving. I have been busy besides undecorating I have done laundry, dishes, vacuuming up all the fake pine needles. cheesy

I will be in throughout the day.

I picked the humidifier up for Maggie because she was coughing, I'm still using it. I accidentally dropped the first one and broke it. I was so mad, I had to go buy another. It's worth it though, I run it every night and I really do think it helps her. She's still coughing off and on. The doctor wants her to have another chest xray, I'm taking her Thursday. I'm telling you I should have a part time job just to pay for the vet bills!

Good luck on Thursday. Let us know how she makes out.

I keep out three lit rustic trees year round. It started with one, then two, and now three! They are pencil trees that I bought in a set. They remind me of Christmas, too!

Hey, Hallmark Christmas movie fans!!!!!

I finally sat down and watched a Hallmark Christmas movie I recorded all the way back in November, "Pete's Christmas." I really enjoyed it.

I have never had much luck liking the Hallmark movies, but this one was a lot like "Groundhog Day."

I may have to see if it is available on DVD. cheesy

Baby steps, baby steps. I have a few more I recorded on there I will have to watch.

There were quite a few that DH liked this year too. I will get you guys to liking these movies, if it's the last thing I do!

I had to go pick up JP from school, he wasn't feeling well. He is with me watching one of his favorite movies, "Real Steel" He seems to be feeling better now, but I will have to keep an eye on him.

We have to pick up Little Casanova soon. cheesy

Hope JP gets to feeling better soon, poor little guy.

Bless Adrian's heart, he's been helping to push a lot of cars that have gotten stuck. 8 inches of snow here, and the plows have yet to come by =( There's a lot of blowing & drifting snow, too- with 30 mph winds. And it's getting cold! Brr! I have the fireplace going, and have just started dinner.
