Good Morning, MMC!!!! It's freezing here in central where we currently stand at -3 degrees with a wind chill of -40. Brr!!!! It looks like we will top out around 4 this afternoon. So at least we are a little bit warmer than Snowflake. I don't know how long that will last though. They are talking about lows close to -20 next week. Not much planned here today. I have to go out and shovel at some point because the wind blew all of the snow right back on to the sidewalk after I shoveled last night. Other than that, I just need to my daily chores. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

That is seriously cold! All that shovelling must be keeping you fit at least LOL!

Good morning!
Well everyone is off to school and work. I let the girls all drive today. I am a nervous wreck but I have to let them start driving in these conditions. It is currently 9 degrees outside, we will have a high of 20 today and may get some snow flurries later. The side roads are pretty bad but the main roads are a bit better.
Not too much going on for me today, typical day of chores. I also need to run to the bank and Rite Aid. I'm going to make spaghetti and chicken parmesan for dinner tonight, I also need to grab of loaf of Italian bread at the bakery while I'm out.

I can understand your worry over the girls and driving in these conditions! We had spaghetti last night, I love it as well as italian bread mmm.

Thanks for the prayers! I tried to post an update yesterday, but I kept getting kicked off this site!

Mom is doing well. She had a good nights sleep last night. They should hopefully be kicking her out of the hospital this morning. (Brrrrrrrr - she may not want to go out - ya right!) I stayed with her awhile last night, walked the halls with her...her phone rang non stop...I told her that's what she gets for having so many d*&# kids! Ha ha ha! She's a loved lady!

My FIL's surgery went well. He will get out of the hospital, coming closer to home, probably on Saturday for rehab at the nursing home. Hopefully he has a speedy recovery!

"We are currently in 8th place for the snowiest winter on record here in Indiana with 33.8" of total snow! 1st place is 51" in the 1889-90 winter! I wouldn't be surprised if we break that record before March 1st! "

Hey guys, just popping in before I start dinner. I am so hungry. Heavy rain and hail storm here today. It made the school run quite an adventure! It is colder than it has been , it makes me wonder if there will be some snow. I doubt it.

My youngest head butted me last night .....twice!!! So I have a very sore cheek and swollen lip....a bit like Janice from the Muppets.

I hope you all are coping through your very cold weather. Hang in there.

We did have a great time - thanks. I've always said, my best friends are DH, the kids, and Ella. I love spending time with them. There is nothing better than family time and I enjoy it sooo much!
