Thank goodness Facebook is mostly one-click! The middle finger on my right hand has a cyst that is filled with a viscous material. It has been lanced, but it keeps coming back. My fingernail also has a groove in it. I will go back to the doctor to see what she plans to do if this has continued. Not fun at all!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's not to bad out here think morning with a temp of 20 degree's and a predicted high of 27 degree's. The snow should arrive here around 2 this afternoon and the heaviest snow should arrive around 7 to 8pm with an inch an hour coming down. So it's going to be a nasty morning out tomorrow. Not much going on for me today. I didn't sleep the best last night so I'm not going to do much today. Just kind of lay around and hopefully take a nap so I have some energy to shovel tonight and tomorrow!! I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

Good morning!
I just got back from the supermarket a few minutes ago. I'm going to relax for a few minutes with a cup of hot coffee before I get started on some chores. We have more snow heading our way, it should start around midnight. I'm not sure if it will be enough for a snow day, they are saying it may turn over to a freezing rain by the morning rush. I'd rather have all snow, the freezing rain sounds treacherous. We'll see what happens, they will fine tune the forecast as the day goes on.
My youngest feels like she has a sore throat coming on so I'm going to bring her in to the doctor. I drove her to school today because the side roads are so icy. I'm going to pick her up a little later and bring her straight to her appointment.

We just posted about the same time, lol. My youngest is going to the doctor for a sore throat but other than that everyone is well. Molly and Maggie are hanging in there. How are you feeling? And how's Harlowe doing? I can't wait until it warms up a bit for you guys.

Well someone from across the street took my mom's parking spot after I spent a lot of time making sure it was completely ice free and cleaned out for her. There are 6 spots open over there, so there is no reason they couldn't park over there. All I have to say is if it's still there when it's starts snowing heavy, I'll have no idea how all of that snow ended up around it.

I hate it when people are so rude. I would help you bury that car if I were near you.

I promise not to miss that many days anymore without logging in. It's then impossible to keep up with that many posts of you guys. :[ Anyway, I hope everyone is fine and doing great. It seems that this semester at uni is going to be challenging than ever before. It has been four weeks only and I have already been loaded with work to do. Oh well.

I need to stop looking at facebook. Now all of the meteorologists are changing their maps and putting us in the 9 to 12 inch band. Which I'm find with if that means it's going to be a lighter fluffier snow. If it's still going to be a heavy wet snow though, I'm running away!!!

A lot!! They said the heaviest bands will be out by 2am but it will keep snowing unitl tomorrow afternoon around 1pm.

Good evening, everyone! I am behind on the posts, but I will get caught up tomorrow, as it's my day off. It's going to snow tonight, as it sounds like it pretty much everywhere else! My part of the state is supposed to get 6-10 inches and then we're supposed to get sleet to freezing rain on top of it. The freezing rain should be just about the time I am driving home in the morning. It should be a nasty drive home.

Hoping for anyone that has to be out in this mess, has safe travels and for anyone that is having it, can just stay home. I will talk to you all tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your evening. God Bless and keep smiling!

Thanks! Boo for the snow, because I have to stay late tonight working on things that they want done ahead of the snowstorm. Don't know how long they will need me. :-o

As for the afghan, it's a pain, but I know my way around a hook and yarn and I'll whip that pattern into submission! I made one last year using the same pattern and emerged triumphant. Thanks for the encouragement!

Better safe than sorry.
I think that was the right choice, the schools here have either waited too late to cancel or dismiss the kids. My wife got into an accident back in 2007 due to a storm that dropped a very wet snow very quickly, and a number of buses were in fender benders. That same day it took me 4 hours to get home from work, I was 55 miles away

That's so scary!
We already got a call from the school for a two hour delay for tomorrow. I really hope they change it to a snow day.
