Hello all. Well we didn't get any more snow but that storm is now over Made's place now and it sounds like he is getting some snow!

Temps are going to get crazy cold with wind chills at about -10 tomorrow!

They aren't fooling around with this storm, they have already canceled school for tomorrow.

Good evening!
I already mentioned that our school district has a two hour delay opening for tomorrow morning. I'm still hoping it changes to a snow day. Not sure if it will though. Especially since they are already talking about the next snow storm on Sunday night. The snow is supposed to turn over to freezing rain tomorrow and I'm worried about the ice accumulation. We'll see what happens.
I'm feeling a little headachey so I'm going to turn in.
Everyone please be careful and stay safe tomorrow.

Most of the districts have canceled around here too. Indianapolis hasn't yet though. They have the private contractors out there already plowing side streets so they may be waiting to see what it's like in the morning. I think they will be canceled though.

Thanks, Meceka. I just have to sterilize a needle and puncture it about three times a day. I can handle that pain if I do it myself. When someone else does it, not so much. Both knees hurt when I get up from a sitting position, so I will have the doctor check them, maybe next week. Have fun doing that Christmas reading! That sounds so, so fun!

Payback for being mean, I guess, LOL! It is only really painful when I let it go too long before I "release" the fluid. Then it throbs! Other than that, the pain in my knees, and a remnant of the sinus stuff, things are good! How have you been doing, MC?

Make sure you make specific notes this time! I hate when I do something like that and just cannot remember what and how I did it! I am working on a scrapbooking project that relies a lot on memories, so I hope I can do it justice!

Also thinking about the afghan I'm working on. Don't you hate it when a pattern isn't perfectly clear? I did two long (140-stitch) rows last night in a complicated pattern stitch that creates a series of spaces. The next row, which is shells worked into the spaces, requires the number of spaces to be evenly divisible by 4, but the pattern stitch works out to 70 spaces! It needs to be either 68 or 72. I'll have to frog what I did last night and fudge it somehow when I redo it so I get the right multiple of spaces. Urgh! I had jotted a note on the pattern the last time I worked it that says "72 spaces/multiple of 4," but didn't make any notes on how I managed to do that! I think I need to make some more notes! One thing I like about crochet over knitting is that it's easier to fudge a couple stitches more or less when you need to. But it's such a pain when you need to!

That would make me so mad that I would definitely say something. Well, maybe not say it, but I would write it in a note. They knew better and knew they did not clear out that spot!

There are 6 spots open over there, so there is no reason they couldn't park over there. All I have to say is if it's still there when it's starts snowing heavy, I'll have no idea how all of that snow ended up around it.
