We had about 8 or 9 inches of snow yesterday. Our driveway was plowed out, but the town plow came by last night and left a ridge across the bottom of our driveway that we had to shovel out this morning. And once we got the snow off our cars, we had to shovel out around them. On the bright side, the snow is picturesque today because the sun is out and there's blue in the sky. They're calling for at least a little snow Sunday night, and maybe another storm next week. Enough already.
I finished that Aran Hearts afghan just before bed yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to take a picture yet. It came out well! At least the pattern pains don't show. Next I'm going to try a Yule Tree pillow pattern. If that goes well, I'll make the afghan as well.
How are the other afghans-in-progress coming, fellow crocheters?
The Yule Tree pattern is beautiful MerryCarey. Stay safe in all of that snow!
Good morning HMG...watch that icy roads buddy..sounds like your in for a stormy weekend...stay safe HMG...:hi:
Thank you Frosty, I hope you are having a great day!!!
Hope the storms are much lighter this weekend, HmG~
Good luck with your errands, drive safe!
xx
Thank you so much!!!
It's Thursday! Only one more day till the weekend.
I saw the cutest weather report at Accuweather this morning; they're calling for a 'sneaky snowstorm' on Saturday. I can't say I've ever seen that one before. We may or may not be getting a lot of snow on Sunday, so I guess I'll make a WalMart run today. I have to make sure that Mom and I have plenty of supplies!
Have a great day, everyone!
I hope you were able to get everything you need. Be safe MerryBells!
Hope you can find some more of the ice melt and glad the storm isn't going to be to bad!!
Thanks Made!!!
