It is raining. Still raining. Storm after Storm for some. There has not been so much rain since records began a couple hundred years ago and there is still more rain to come. The devastation caused by flooding for a lot of people is so tragic. The extreme weather around the world is really something isn't it!

I am making my homemade Buffalo wings for dinner, I have been craving wings for a while now. I also got some hot sauce samples from a friend for Christmas and I put 1 drop of a sauce called Insanity sauce in it while the wings are marinating. Believe me 1 drop is all you need, I put one drop in my dinner the other night and I was breathing fire. I love it, it is a sauce of the ghost chili pepper, so the wings are going to bite back tonight. I'll save you some Sugar!

I finally put my large Santa I got for Christmas away today, I hate to see him go, I had been holding out but my wife was telling me it was time. He WILL be back out the day after Halloween.

I am really suffering from Bruins withdrawal while the NHL is shut down for the Olympics.
So I have been watching some of the old Bruins "Hockey Rules Bear" commercials. They always make me laugh.

It felt good to be able to actually cook my own dinner again and not have to rely on microwave meals and plastic silverware.

Now to kick back and do some online shopping. I hope everyone is having a great evening!!!!

Stripey and her food thing....lol....she does that every few months....no idea why...but she does it all the time......she will come running to the food bowl when I feel it.......she doesn´t even get close to sniffle on it then......she just walks away.....lol

I have had cats my entire life and they tend to do that. If Stripey still has good energy and seems healthy then she is being a normal kitty. They can be so finicky!!!

I thought I would come here to visit for some Christmas cheer. I am so worried about Chico but trying to stay positive. My birthday is in a couple of days and all I want is for him to be better as my gift!!!!!!!

My mom is wanting to take me out to lunch tomorrow to celebrate a day early but I told her it all depends on how Chico is feeling. I am suppose to go out on my birthday as well, again, all depends on Chico! I just want him better!

Thanks! I am having a really hard time. Since this all started last week I sometimes can't eat or sleep. I appreciate the reminder to take care of myself! (((Hugs)))

I certainly don't want to be a downer on here and will do my best to be positive! This is the best place ever to surround myself with cheerful people and thanks to you all!

If I see this correctly, Shaun White is doing his thing in the Olympics tonight??? I have struggled to follow the schedule this year and he is my favorite! I don't want to miss it! Maybe that will cheer me up!
