Christmas Countdown - 2014

Good morning!
The storm that moved through was fast moving so it was not nearly as bad as it looked. I am glad for that as I am tired for cleaning off the van!
Work today, which is kind of work day I like.

Have some stuff to do before leaving, have a great day everyone!

Have a great day at work Star!!!!! The storm that came through here yesterday was the same way!! It only lasted about 4 hours and I had the ice all melted in 30 minutes.

Ditto for me, only got about an inch and a half of snow out of it. I didn't even clean the car, I jumped in it and let the breezes due it's stuff, lol. I heard late last night, that it's supposed to start warming up after this clipper fully passes and by this Friday, they are saying we could see 60 degrees....(WHAT???). I haven't seen 60 degrees since....last year~

We are really crunching around here at the office, with a lot of projects all due at the same time, where we didn't get out of here until 10pm last night. I've about 5 projects all due at various times within the next several weeks, everything always seems to hit all at once; Feast or Famine, it's the nature of this business....

I've got contractors working at my house as well, (getting our shower in the master Bedroom re-done - it was leaking at the drain pan), they got the entire thing completely gutted yesterday and today, they should start the new work. I love seeing things come together....

Can you believe that after this weekend, there's really, only one more week left in February and before you know it, we will be into March already...WoW, it's almost time to start planning the Christmas in July party!!!:rudolph:

Well, here's wishing everyone a good day today.... And remember, Monday's over, the rest of the week can't be all that bad...

How is your weather forecast looking today?

We still have some flurries coming down, but the sun is supposed to come out later, with a high in the 30's! Yay!!

Today is my day off, I am so happy about that. It was nice to sleep in until 7:00 am. I have some appointments later, and Valerie is on, and with the temps warming up, it's going to be a fabulous day!

Then I'm hoping to get out and take a walk later if the streets aren't to flooded or icy around the apartment complex. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!

Um, guys, she is doing it again. Twilight movie is on TV again!!!!! Arrrgggghhhh!

It was a long day at work, I made it through. We are supposed to have a family day tomorrow, movie, lunch and so on, but we have yet another snowstorm coming.
We are still looking for a new car to replace the Saturn, at this point we are slightly leaning towards the Chevy Cruze, but that may change. We have had the Saturn for 11 years, and most of them without a car payment so it will take some time to get use to having another car payment.

You know I read those Twilight books when they first came out because my daughter was reading them. She was kind of young at the time and I wanted to know what she was reading. The books aren't too bad but the movies are rough.

Now today begins a NICE warming trend that will see us very close to 70 by tomorrow or Thursday.

Merry Tuesday ! It has flew by today. It is almost 3pm here so I will be starting dinner soon. It is grey and bleak here today.

Not a whole lot happening. Just entertaining the kids and catching up with chores. No errands to run today thankfully so we don't have to go out into the rain and wind.

I noticed a snowglobe that I had my eye on has come back into stock at a discounted price online. I am on a strict budget at the moment especially January-March. I am debating whether to get it or not......hmmmmm.
