Happy Pines day gang. I know some of you are tired of winter but I still love it. It has been a great winter here in the mountains. Wonderful time of the year; no snakes, no bugs, no grass to cut, no weed eating and plenty of snowcream for dessert. Spring is coming though, we have started high school baseball. It has been kinda neat watching baseball with snow flurries in the air.
I'm still struggling to get into the Christmas countdown. Our son is a high school senior so I want time to pass very slowly. August 15 is move in day at Gardner Webb University. That will be a hard day and I'm not looking forward to it. Hate the thought of him moving out. The good news is he was awarded the President's scholarship so all his tuition is covered.
Have a blessed day everyone.
((Hugs))
Big congrats to your son!! That is so wonderful, you must be very proud.
I am so excited for baseball, as well! Haven't caught any games yet, but love seeing baseball alerts on my phone.
We plan to go see a lot of my friend, Michelle's sons games.
Have a blessed day, friend!
