I managed to talk him into making the crawfish just a garnish. So it was just a cajun blend and it wasn't half bad. It had quite a kick to it with all of those cajun spices.

HMG- I wasn't to impressed with anyone on Idol tonight. That being said. I've already voted for all of the guys.

Good evening,

It was a long night at work, I once again did not meet with my boss, it has been nearly a week since I requested a meeting. I am so frustrated with this place I am ready to quit, one of the things I was planning to bring up was the fact I feel like I am constantly ignored, hmmmmm, I can't figure out why I feel that way.

Back to that place in the morning.
