Yay for the Christmas movie! ^^



'Man of Steel' is a superb choice, guys. I enjoyed the movie so much! Although I was completely mentally exhausted afterwards because of the constant action going on in the movie so you have to stay focused to catch every bit of it. :] And I also think Henry Cavill looked HOT there as well. Ehem.

Despite the fact that there was an awkward moment when I got stuck in the middle of my presentation for like 10 seconds or so because I randomly forgot the essential word, it was very good and great fun. :] I was happy to write the highest marks for all group members in group evaluation sheet since my group was really great. We all worked equally and felt responsible for each other. :] And thank you for asking. I appreciate that.

Good evening everyone! And happy Friday too! I hope you all had some great plans for the weekend. Since our big debate is now over, I only have the last two assessments to submit next week, and that will be it until the exams. :] I am going to Glasgow tomorrow to get my first training for volunteering at the Commonwealth Games. It will take four hours but I am leaving in the morning anyway so I will be gone for pretty much all day. I am really excited about the training. Can't wait for summer already. ^^

Good evening, Sugar! I intend to relax the rest of the day with either the new mystery I started,'Little Indiscretions', or a Christmas movie. I watched 'The Holiday' last night/early this morning ~ good medicine for when I cannot sleep. I hope you are having a great day/night!

We were talking about cats at work. One guy had gone away leaving his cat behind. When he returned the cat snuggled with him and the purr was deeper and longer than he had ever heard before. He learnt that it was the cat's way of drawing in his scent re-affirming their closeness. Amazing!

It is a gorgeous day in here in mid-Michigan. I briefly stepped outside on the porch and got mobbed by the cats. They were all purring and very happy to see me. Makes a sick gal feel much better!

My dog does this too, in her dog like way. Every morning I come home from work, she goes crazy and her tail is wagging so fast. She's so happy!

Yes, besides the security alarms that we have on them, we are also locking them up individually. Only one out at a time. They are so expensive that it's a must, same with Coach and many others.

Unfortunately, there's a ring in the tri-state area that has been doing this. They will buy much cheaper purses, as well, and ticket switch them. And wait for a naïve or new employee, and try to pull one over on them. Disgusting!

Maggie's echocardiogram went well, her heart looks alright. They don't see anything to be concerned about at this time so the doctor is confident that the coughing is from the lung disease and issues with her trachea. They sent me home with a new medication that should help open up her airways. I'm praying this one will make her more comfortable. We'll see, fingers crossed!
