Good evening,

It wasn't really all that busy at work tonight, I didn't get a lot accomplished though, I had to re-weigh and re price over 300 cuts of corned beef. We are 5 days away from St. Paddy's Day and I have nearly 2000 pieces of corned beef that I need to sell.

Day off tomorrow, the weather looks a little iffy right now with sleet, freezing rain, and snow, and the dreaded rapid flash freeze it may be very nasty. My kids only go to school less than 1/4 mile away and the school my wife teaches at is only about the same distance away.
My only true plans were to go out and get the ingredients for a recipe I want to make this weekend: Loose meat sandwiches, like the Roseanne use to sell on the show.

The Bruins won tonight vs the hated Montreal Canadiens, it is always satisfying when they beat them, just like when the Red Sox beat the Yankees.

Merry Thursday! I have managed to quickly skim through the posts but I don't have time to reply. Everyone in my thoughts though.

Grey and foggy this morning but at least it's dry!! I'm just about to take my son to school and I am looking forward to the walk.

I managed to fit in a quick tidy of the back garden yesterday, it really needed it! I need to tidy the front before this dry spell goes.

I need to continue with some work once I get back from the school run but I also need to catch up with some housework and of course look after my youngest.

Good morning,

I quickly went through this morning's posts. I have to quickly make my lunch and get ready to go. I was taking songs off my MP3 player and putting new ones on. it took way too long.

I also stayed up late last night and made a new video and posted up on YouTube. I am really starting to learn how to do it. I had fun but I was up until 1:30am.
