Great day yesterday.
A nice day to go to the large zoo we have nearby in Asheboro, NC which is where I went with my sister and both of my nieces to celebrate the older one's birthday.
Hard to believe she is now 23!

Colder weather is supposed to move in today where we have started off at 49 degrees, with frozen precip and sub-freezing temps predicted by Tuesday or Wednesday.
(Oh, well. At least we got our trip in while it was nice!)

she is happy to have something cheap to get around town on and back and forth to work. The best part for her was that is was blue, her favorite color!

I love rearanging my place, drives everyone else crazy, but I like changing things! Still have my laundry to do after church and before a staff meeting later this afternoon.

Good morning!
It is going to be a bit cooler today with temperatures in the lower 40's and we'll be back down to around 30 for tomorrow. Maybe some snow on Tuesday.
I don't have much planned for today. My husband will be busy working on the kitchen again but the girls have off. They were all out late and are sleeping in this morning, I'm enjoying the peace and quiet! I'm going to take them to visit my parents for a little while this afternoon. Then back home to start dinner, I'm going to make corned beef and cabbage. We had it at my in laws last weekend but the kids want me to make it. This is the only time of the year that we eat it.
I hope everyone is well and has a great day!!!

wow, that is a big zoo! It is almost twice the size of our Toronto zoo and I thought that one was big. Glad you got a nice day to visit.
We are having a cold week here again too, -12c (10f) this morning, will not get to the +'s until Friday.
