You're too sweet to be any other way! I was actually kidding about what I said anyway!
Like I said, as long as everyone is chatting and having fun who cares about proper spelling and all that! I bet it's nice for you to be able to take a break from all that!
.
We are doing well, thanks buddy!

I have a phobia about them, too.
We do not get as much severe weather as you get in Texas, but I will not live in a house without a basement. My dad had several stories about tornadoes he witnessed, including this F-5 that hit near his house. I was raised to keep tabs on the weather because of the near miss my parents and older sister and brother had that day. If there is a severe storm watch out, I definitely stay alert! I so wish you had a basement!!! I will keep you and your family in my prayers, CAH!
It sure is! I need a break. We have a writer who generally rejects most of my corrections---subject-verb disagreements, British spellings rather than American, poor punctuation, even typos and missing words sometimes--- stet, stet, stet. And in the ad world, the "creative" is king, so these errors go in front of clients. I had to wince today at some of the corrections he wouldn't permit. 30 years of experience can't be right--- his precious ego can't be bruised. Okay, enough ranting! Here I don't have to worry about that [manure].
It's Friday night and it's good. Pizza is on the way with those yummy little Parmesan bread bites that I like. We'll put in some movies or TV shows and enjoy ourselves.
Good evening, MMC!
I hope everyone is having a good day! The gray, dreary day affected my mood today ~ feeling much better now. Chores are waiting for me so I had best get going. Have a lovely and safe evening, my dear friends!
Merry dreams!!!
What a lovely thing for your DH to do!
That question occurred to me, too. *smiles*
I knew you were going to answer this way ~ lol.

I'm hoping that it will be a great trip!!! As long as I don't get attacked by any wild animals!!! LOL!!!!
You'll be one of the first to know, Buddy!!!

I think her DH comes in a close second behind Luke.
Kinda sounds like me. I have a picture of Paul McCartney as the background on my phone. Wayne has a picture of me!
Whew!!!! What a day!!!!
The children's museum was fun. It's pretty small though and filled up quick. So we only stayed a couple of hours. My niece's favorite thing was the area where you got to see how things in a house work. More specifically this-
After we left the museum we went across the street to an area called The Commons. They have several restaurants there and a giant indoor playground for the kids that I wanted to play on to-
Then since it was still early in the day, I drove the 15 miles to the biggest state park in Indiana and spent the afternoon driving around to different playgrounds and stopping at lookouts like this-
My dream is to one day retire in this area of the state in a beautiful log cabin.
That's all in fun and Wayne laughs about it but forgot to mention this. When my little doggy Chico was alive we use to tease how I loved him more than Wayne. Chico and Wayne would be in the same room and I would say, "I love you" Wayne would say, "I love you too"! I would reply back, "I was talking to Chico"!!! We cut up a lot as you can tell!!!
I sure do miss my Chico!!!
