I ran out to Goodwill, nothing that piqued my interest today, I think they have hit a lull in good stuff lately. Just wait until yard sale season is over and the stuff people weren't able to sell will be donated.
I should probably get my stuff done, so I don't have to do it later. JP has a ballgame tonight.

Well it looks like they are going to admit mom and do an MRI. Then they are going to sit around and scratch their heads because they have no other ideas as to why she keeps having them.

Busy, busy, I just quickly went through the posts, just too tired to reply to many of them.
JP had baseball practice tonight, he took a batted ball off the face. He has a fat lip and you can see the baseball's stitches "imprinted" on his face. He is okay, I think more embarrassed than anything. Just a reminder he needs to pay attention at all times to the ball, and his coach, he was fooling around when it happened. The good thing is I think the lesson has been learned.

Day off tomorrow.

My May city council meeting was last night, and we finally had an uneventful meeting. As I mentioned, our city is planning a celebration on June 7 in honor of the county's 100th anniversary. We'll have passenger train rides from our depot, street vendors, etc. Last night, the council asked my band to play for a street dance that night. LOL! that would be a lot of fun, but I'm afraid it's too short-notice. We have members in Birmingham, Atlanta and Statesboro. They'll all come for a gig, but they need more than a couple weeks notice. Maybe, though.

One of my co-workers was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident yesterday, and is in surgery this morning, so I'd appreciates prayers and positive vibes for Trey and his family.

Gorgeous, sunny day out. Hoping to spend some time outside after I finish up a few projects. I saw one shooting star early this morning. Well, I should say I saw a spark ~ it was a brief flash of light, like someone flicked a lighter, and then it was gone. Pretty, though! The point is I saw one!! :???:
