Hi everyone.....how are You all doing?

Always wanted to log on.....and always forgot....I hope You guys forgive me....You are still my favorite bunch on the internet!!!!

We are not bad......I am fighting a cold........since three weeks now.....seems to be a sinus infection......more weird tho is Kandice..........she developed a white spot on her cheek right below her eye (white as in "caucasian white"....and Kandice is of mixed heritage ...black/white)....took her to the doctor, thinking it was some ecsema or atopic dermatitis....or just dry skin.........when it turns out to be some type of fungus....the doctor thinks it¢¥s one that cats and dogs have and can put it on humans.....she gets a cream treatment now......I also get a treatment for Stripey now....in case Kandice got it from her.....so all is taken care of.....but it is kinda weird......

I was very shocked to hear that Kandice has some type of fungus

Very busy morning here. It is beautiful out, we finally got a break in the rain hooray!!!

Hoping to surprise Mr. Festive with dinner out in the garden this evening. I found some garden lanterns I bought last summer and can't wait to light them later. The children will love it!

Hope the day goes just the way you want it to everyone.

Yes. It's once again mid week and time to visit our holiday resort of choice.

It's also time for our daily inspection of the count figures......and time to make a shocking discovery!

First, the numbers:
Days to the Season: 183
Days to Christmas Day: 225

Then -- the shocking discovery:
TOMORROW will be the HALF-WAY MILESTONE to Christmas Season 2014!
(That's so shocking.......it's electrifying!)


Well, it keeps getting warmer and warmer and the humidity inches up day by day.
Still not too bad, though, but we are starting to be reminded of what summer is all about here in the south!
Right now, we show 70 degrees on our thermometer with a pretty good chance of rain for tomorrow.
