Good Morning, MMC!!

TGIF!!

It's going to be another cool day here, in the 30's right now. Highs in the low 50's. But we will see the sun!

Adrian & I are meeting for lunch today after work, to kick off the weekend.

Do you have any weekend plans?

Hope you have a blessed day!!

Enjoy lunch with your hubby today! Great way to kick off the weekend!!! :-D
Tonight we have our nephews graduation party. Tomorrow at noon we are doing a "Rum Run" at the lake. LOL! It's sponsored by a bar about a mile from our trailer. They bus you from the bar to Windy Point & then you walk or run back - about a mile & if you participate, you get a free drink. They just do it for fun - and it WAS fun last year. They have a band playing during & after. We will walk there from our trailers, then walk in the event, then have lunch & our free drink & walk back to the trailer, so we'll get about a 5k in. Sunday we have 2 more graduation parties. EEK! 4 more to go next weekend...

ENJOY your weekend! Hope it warms up!!!

Good Morning & Happy Friday!
No big plans for this weekend. My husband and the girls will be in & out working. I have food shopping to do and I'm also going to work on my daughters graduation party invitations so I can mail them out. My daughter never found a pair of earrings to wear to prom so I plan on taking her to a couple of more places. I'll also be heading over to my parents house at some point for a visit.
Enjoy lunch! I was watching Diners, Drive-ins & Dives the other day and Guy Fieri was in Wisconsin learning how to make cheese curds, I thought about you! You've mentioned them a few times and I never knew what they were, lol. Now I know!
Have a wonderful day and great weekend!!!

Seems funny you are talking about prom & graduation invitations yet. Lol! Many schools here are graduating this weekend. Proms are all over. We had a grad party last weekend, 3 this weekend & 4 next weekend & we're done! I hope your daughter finds some earrings! I've never had cheese curds either, but they sound great! Good luck with the invitations. Have a great weekend!!!

I tried to go for a walk last night. It was FREEZING! I wasn't dressed warm enough. I decided to try my "5k runner" app - the jogging warmed me right up. But that's ridiculous! We should not be this cold May 15/16!!!! :cold: It will probably be 90º in a week. Lol

LOL!!!!! Glad the jogging warmed you up!!!!

No frost here this morning but there is a better chance of it tonight. So we will see what tomorrow morning brings.

No 90's in the forecast here for next week but they are calling for 87 on Wednesday!!!! So close enough. LOL!!!!!

TGIF, my Christmas friends!

We went last night to the fancy fundraiser for the Arts Center where Elizabeth takes ballet. They had live & silent auctions, corporate tables at the local fancy restaurant, and a tour through the upcoming dance facility, which is being remodeled into one of the historic buildings in the downtown area. I think I used the word "fancy" a few times, but it was all very, uh, fancy. There are many obviously wealthy benefactors of the program, judging by the scope of the bidding wars during the auctions, and I felt a bit out of my element. But they acted scenes from upcoming plays, and had ballet demonstrations (by Elizabeth!), so it was a nice evening.

We go back to Statesboro again tonight for Elizabeth's class to dance at the first Baptist Church, then Saturday for the play Oliver rehearsal, then Sunday for rehearsal and for Jacob to attend a concert by "The School of Rock" that he is auditioning for next month. Whew!

Ryan, your family is in my prayers!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Ok fancy pants!! ;-) Sounds like you had an interesting night & a busy weekend ahead! Good luck to Jacob & Elizabeth at rehearsal & auditions!

CRAZY weather!!!! They are saying low of 39 tonight. The prediction for last night was 36 - and that's what it was at 7:30 this morning. Hopefully we are DONE with frost. I can't believe we are even talking about this.
Have a great day Made!

Good morning!
It is going to be a dreary day, lots of rain heading our way with temperatures around 60 degrees. At least the weather looks nicer for the weekend.
I need to work on a menu plan and grocery list today, if I can figure out what I want to cook. I have a couple of errands to run including a trip to Rite Aid and the butcher. My daughter also has a doctor appointment later this morning. Between me and all of the girls there has been so many appointments lately, it's always something! Other than that I will be working on some chores around the house.
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!!!

Hope your doctor's appointment goes well!!!

Stay warm and dry today!!!!!

Good morning to all! Happy Friday too! It looks like it's going to be another gorgeous day. Quite warm too. :]

Hope you all have a nice day. Weekend is on its way. ;]

Enjoy that warmer weather!!!!!

Haha!! I love it!! They are so good!! Cheese curds are my favorite :)
I think I ate them just about everywhere we went when I first moved back!

LOL!!!!!! She has me hooked on them too now!!!!! I had to go to Culvers the other night after mom's doctor's appointment just to get some!!!!!

They were good but not as good as they are up there!!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!!!!! It's going to be a chilly day here with a high around 50 and rain this afternoon. Not to much going on here today. Like HMG I need to write out a grocery list and head to the grocery store at some point. Don't know if that will be today or tomorrow morning. Depends when the rain moves in. Other than that, I'll just be doing my normal chores while watching all of the nascar coverage today. Will probably do some reading too. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning MMC! Happy Friday!!!!
:hi:

It really needs to stop raining.

It's Friday!!! I started the weekend out on a good note, I got to work this morning at 6, and we had a power outage....No power = No Internet, No computers and no work to do.... Got paid to do nothing for 4.5 hours; I liked it, but I'm sure the owners were not...

We got some really huge downpours all night last night and this morning, but it looks like the storms are heading south of us now and things should start to calm down a bit... This evening, I'm heading over to my daughters college and pack her up and bring her home for the summer. Yup, the school year is over for her. This weekend, just planning to just hang around the house, doing odds and ends, chores and such... nothing too exciting!

How's everyone doing? I hope you all have a good day today!

opened door to put up my block parent sign and brrrrrrrrrrrrrr is it ever cold out! 3c (37f) ! I almost expected to see frost.
I need to find something hot for breakfast.

Stay warm!! Chilly & breezy here, too.
