Good Day everyone! Hope everyone had a safe and relaxing 4th of July yesterday!!!!:wink:

I wanted to share with you a couple of possible new additions to our family. We are in the middle of talking to the lady that owns them now and hopefully, in a couple of weeks, they will be my daughters....

Baby bunnies...... Cute little things aren't they!!!!!

They are Dwarf Hotos! Hopefully, they will be a part of the family around the beginning of August~

Was taking stuff out of van from BBQ yesterday and my son brings in a bag I have not seen before containing this

108 Christmas cards!
I asked some who were there and all I got was "Santa was here?" And "Christmas fairies?"
Either way, I love it!

You are such an awesome Mom! Glad the girls did pretty good
Har did about the same, considering. A lot of people are gone in the neighborhood, so not a lot of loud fireworks close by- thank God! Just the loud ones from downtown at the park. Har must've heard some, because she kept jumping down, but never was down for too long. She comes to my side of the bed & scratches, lol. Wish she would just curl up against me

I'm glad Harlowe did pretty good as well. That's so funny about her scratching on your side of the bed. My girls always come to their mama's side too!

Good afternoon MMC!

Hope you all had a blast last night!
It's a HOT day here in Norway today
Temperature is 30c/86F (that is not normal here)

We have been out in the sun today for an hour or two
(but it's too hot for me)
Done with errands and dinner...
Just relaxing the rest of this evening

Well, I might pop down to the shop for a little pool
for my little one...

Hi everyone. A belated happy 4th July to all across the pond, hope you all had a good one. I hope everyone is having a good weekend, I'm finished work, kicking back and watching the World Cup. Whatever you're up to have a safe one.

Good morning, everyone! Happy 4th to you all (even though it's a day late!) Hope you all had a great holiday. We had a great day here. I had a picnic here with my family. DH was working, but he was able to come home a little early, then we headed to my friends home for a picnic, which the kids loved, because they were able to go swimming. The day ended with doing our own fireworks and watching fireworks as well.

What is everyone's plans for today? DH is working again, so the kids and I are currently watching some Christmas movies (I'm hoping to sneak in some Hallmark too!), I'll probably take them outside here in a little bit. Later on when he gets home, we're going to cook outside, have a fire, and camp out tonight.

Tomorrow is DS's 3rd party! He won't be 3 until the 8th, but I took a three day weekend, so we'll be celebrating tomorrow. We're going to be having the party at our house - he wanted the "Cars" movie theme. It's going to be very cute. He's very excited.

I'm off to read some of the boards. Hope you all have a great day and a wonderful holiday weekend! God Bless!

My mother-in-law, Dorothy is so caring! She has rescued some of her furkids from the streets, and adopted some from the animal shelter she volunteers at. A few have even been dropped off on their land, because they know she won't turn her back on them. Just one of the reasons we get along so great!

We are off to the farmer's market! Then taking a walk by the river. Such a beautiful morning!!

Then back home to watch more of Hallmark's CIJ

Tonight, we will grill again with our neighbors! Love holiday weekends!!

We usually go to the lake to see fireworks but decided to stay in this time. Even though shooting off fireworks in our city is highly illegal there were LOTS of people in my neighborhood doing so. I did step out to watch and they were beautiful. The only problem, my poor Maris was frightened! I came in to tell Wayne about the pretty fireworks and he was cradling Maris and said he is staying in to comfort her. She nuzzled against him for awhile. My 2 chihuahuas were not phased! I am surprised! But my Jack Russel Terrier mix was so upset. About 30 minutes into it she settled down and did just fine for the next 3 hours they set them off and went sound asleep. On the other hand, I was jumping because I had gone to sleep only to get awaken every 10 minutes with the loud pops. :lol: Maris stayed asleep! I am glad she got use to them so fast!

I hope everyone had a nice 4th of July!

I'm sorry that Maris didn't like the fireworks at first!!!! Glad she calmed down after a short while though!!!!!!

That's the only part of July 4th that I don't like! My dogs are terrified of the fireworks. A lot of people in my neighborhood light them off. Even our tough guy Bentley was hiding!
I'm glad Maris eventually got use to them!

I hope all of you with upset pets have them all settled now that the fireworks are all done. Pocket was that way too, she would hide in the basement. Penny however would head for the nearest window to see what was going on.

Still grateful for HMC, too.
We'll see if it has any impact on their Keepsake premieres, and if it does, they may change their minds for next year, lol. If not, well Boo still! Haha!
