Like every year around this time, I get my christmas spirit back. Therefore I trow a big hello into the forum.

Good Morning, Center-of-the-Weekers.
Now, center your thoughts on this:
Days to the Season: 127
Days to Christmas Day: 169
And if you will concentrate real hard, you will realize that we are only FIVE days away from the 2/3 Milestone to Christmas Season 2014!
There.
Not hard.
Now you can face Hump Day with confidence!
Speaking of that, Carl has a great evening planned, although the theme of "Fourth of July Leftovers" makes me a bit apprehensive.
Is he trying to get rid of uneaten red, white and blue frosted fired twinkies?
Were there games planned for last week that got skipped?
Is he not yet tired of playing "Uncle Sam Camel"?
I guess we will just have to go to find out, won't we?
See you there(?)
Hazy. Hot. Humid.
That's the order of the day for mid-week.
Fortunately, our A/C was repaired. (The guy doing the renovation work had cut the power line to the thermostat.)
Should be another hot one today but easier to face knowing there is a cool place to retreat to!
We have begun today at a sultry 80 degrees here in the capital city.
Have a Wonderful Wednesday, Everybody!

Good morning!
It's going to be a little bit cooler today, sunny with temperatures in the lower 80's.
I'm heading out soon to pick up a few things at the supermarket. Back home afterwards to start my daily chores. The girls will all be home today, my two oldest both have off from work and my youngest will be coming home from the Hamptons so I think I'll see if they want to go out to lunch. Not too much else going on.
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!!!

No, it's not. lol
I was going to say I was jealous but I realized Long Island is included in that weather pattern!
That line needs to push further south and I will love it too!!!
I'm so excited for the Hallmark CIJ Keepsake premiere weekend! Better review my wish list again, and come up with a plan!!
I need to come up with a plan too - MONEY! Ha ha! I will just have to window shop but cannot buy anything yet. Have fun shopping and let us know what you buy!

Will do!! Thanks!!
Adrian has started to plan ahead, and set money aside. He jokingly calls it my Christmas fund! I take him up on it, because he has his man cave & toy fund! Our garage houses them!!

We will hit the triple digits for the first time this weekend. Time to crank the Christmas music up as loud as it can go to cool things off.
I am surprised the triple digits have not come sooner. We have been really lucky so far this year. I just hope this heat doesn't stick around too long but not too sure about that!
Oklahoma hasn't hit them yet either which is rare,
I know you're a few hours south of me so this may not apply to you but I hope it does: long range forecast for Oklahoma released yesterday stated when this mini-heat wave ends next week we will most likely see a cooler than average summer and a cold, wet winter!
Stay cool down there in the Line Star State!
